Dont waste your time coming to this location. Team members are rude as heck and ghetto too. Cashier swearing in front of customers, the lack of customer service is unacceptable. Go to the suburbs, they treat you better. Sad part is, this one is around the corner from me.

The checkout system that was made starting black Friday, instead of helping, is increasing customer stress level while trying to figure out what lane to pay for the product. It is not well managed, and if not fixed, we recommend going elsewhere to buy your products.

Service was bad. i asked two different workers where I could find something, one just guest, and gave me a isle number. The other looked at me like I had just interrupted his play time. If it wasn't for a customer that overheard me asked, I might have've never found it.

I went in for an air filter and was already at the counter paying. When Damaris pitched me a sales opportunity i couldn’t refuse. I got 4 air filters for the price of two. She knew the products and sales confidently. She needs a raise. Thank you

The workers here are lazy, they will not help you. Everyone is too busy on the phone texting and the older men that work here are too busy flirting with the younger girl employees. Do not waste your time coming here.

Staff has changed a little, and they are less attentive. There are a lot of panhandlers now too. It makes it difficult to shop here. However, this Home Depot has a limited number of items. The store is fairly organized. The parking lot is an adventure and poorly constructed.

Never coming back to this place. Received what was perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Such a mean and unprofessional woman. Where does Home Depot get their people from? To add to the whole thing, this young woman was on her phone knowing I needed help and I couldn’t even ask for help because her apron didn’t have a name on it. I asked for her name and it was Liz from the paint department I hope she learns from this experience and improves.

Walked in, bought a few things and left. One item they didn't carry but it's ok. One star off cuz the associates are standoffish and asking for help seems pointless.

Helpful, friendly employees. Not as knowledgeable as I had hoped in the appliance department, I had to use Google cause I guess employees don't research the things they're selling anymore. But that's pretty common nowadays. They were courteous and as helpful as they could be. I ended up buying the washer I wanted online somewhere else after Google answered my questions.Their bathrooms were very clean (I appreciated the seat covers). I bought all my gardening stuff here because it was a decent price, but there was no one around the garden Dept to help with anything.I like that they got the hot dog/polish stand in here and tamales and tacos outside. Kinda makes it a one-stop shop when I'm on the go working on the house. It's probably my favorite Home Depot in the city. The lines move quickly, and it's a friendlier vibe here. I have 3 Home Depots closer to my house, but I come out of the way to this one.

Needed to drop into the area for a couple parts for a work trip. They had what I needed, was easy to find, and the store was clean and well stocked.
