Came here about a week ago looking for window plastic in the winter after their website said they had 40 or so in stock. A group of 3 male sales reps stood at the end of an aisle - we asked them and they told us to check aisle 9. We walked ourselves over there but couldn't find it on our own and returned for help. They pointed us to customer service, who helped the person who arrived after us first. We had to call someone over from the equipment rental to help us. All they could say was that their inventory was off and they would not be getting any more. As someone who manages retail - I know we're all overworked and underpaid but the vibes were just abysmal. It's not the first time I've been dismissed in a Home Depot; I think there may be an issue with the company culture. 0/10. Waste of time. Feeling like I'm being judged for being a woman with a Starbucks cup. Will be going to Ace, Lowes, and Target from now on.

TLDR; Outstanding experience! (Paint department). Massive shout out to the amazing worker who was able to help me with my home improvement project. I came to Home Depot not knowing how to paint, and left confident enough to finish the project in one night. The young gentleman working in the paint department on Jan 18th, 2024 ~8p was extremely knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice. My bathroom turned out beautiful!! Everyone I spoke to showed kindness and compassion, which is rare these days.. I now found a new love for Home Depot and am excited to shop at this specific store again (I even came back for more paint!!)

On multiple visits I have found staff incredibly helpful. There are enough of them present throughout the store. They are friendly and knowledge. The customer service area is also exceptional. Finally, the store is clean and tidy. When read the last time you saw an employee dusting the top of the frame around the elevator door. Free parking makes this my Go To.

Picked up mini fridge ordered online this week and the associate Marco was so helpful in every way that I was pleasantly surprised with his service. This store has convenient parking deck which helped picking up on a rainy day. This will be my favorite Home Depot going forward!

I went to this store with my husband to return a vent that we didn't use, but that wasn't possible because the racist cashier manager told the cashier who was helping us that my husband may have stolen the item and come back to return it. she profiled us, then she called the cashier away to talk about us things such as "I don't know why THEY always ... ". While she looked at my husband. we know that if we don't have a receipt we can have store credit back, since my husband has been a PRO CUSTOMER for the last 20 years.We were able to find the receipt in our vehicle and came back to talk to the store manager, and finally we were able to go through with our transaction with dignity.IF YOU ARE RACIST DON'T WORK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This review is specifically for Wendell in the cabinet department. Wendell spent nearly three hours with us as we found a cabinet plan that met all of our needs. He gave us great advice and was very patient while I asked him to show me many design options for the unique look I was trying to achieve. Excellent service, very professional, and so patient!

Very helpful and friendly store, we came in early this morning and the staff was very welcoming and assisted us with everything we were looking for and when checking out the wonderful lady up front Olivia was so nice and sweet it was a truly fun experience and made shopping there feel very pleasant
