Made an appointment for today 11am, called to ask about the hairstyle and they said they didnt even have an app for my baby today, well how so??? Jus when i thought i found someone close to home. Oh & I already took my babys hair down jus for them to say she doesnt have an app today nor do they have any opening. Very unprofessional and A BIG INCONVENIENCE IN OUR WEEKEND!!!

They are very friendly and their braids are very neat but, They take all day to do your child's hair. They will have your child there for hours and probably put another person in front of your kid or kids. There are only two people doing braids and other stuff. They are very slow and will rush on your hair. I won't recommend them to anybody because of the slow services unless u have patients. This Saturday Sept.24 evening my kid was there. It will be a lot of kids getting their hair done and its only two people there to do their hair. so unfair the way they run their services.Services: Hairstyling

Please do not take your child here. This place is not precessional at all. Their work is not worth the money they’re asking for. The amount of money they charged and how my daughters hair turned out it looked like they were practicing on my daughters head. I’ll never come here again. They sat up and talked about a child amongst the other adult clients like some high-school bullies. This establishment is not worth your money or time. Do not ignore these negative comments I’ve learned the hard way.Service: Box Braids

My son has been going to her for a little over a year. I always watch her threaten children by saying if you flinch or whine you can’t come back. Today my son cried and said she was hurting him…I’m not sure if his scalp was sensitive or what…but because of how he cried today she said she can no longer service him because he’s “too tender headed.” At this point maybe she should be a barber because even I flinch and tense up when getting my hair braided…why do kids hair if you can’t deal with the emotions and characteristics of children….& maybe because she didn’t want to do his hair and knew this would be the last time…his braids look terrible and are sticking up…I was just over it and just wanted to leave…she then referred me to another place that has terrible reviews…Service: Hairstyling

After third time taking my daughter for a deep conditioning wash, blow dry and curl…a simple style… I realized the stylist was cutting her hair when not asked to and lied saying she had not cut it. She pressed her hair before curling and made it extremely straight adding too much heat… something I did not ask for. Her being a stylist should know not to do with my child texture. Charged more than stated. A $65 style turned to $80. Stating it was a $10 up charge… yet I paid $76 which included $10 tip before. Very disappointed and felt took and she claimed my child had no new growth… yet it has been 3 months since she last did her hair. I know her hair grew… the stylist just cut it off. Do not recommend at all. I pray my child hair not damaged from the heat.Service: Hairstyling

Made an appointment for my daughter was told they had a opening for 6am in the morning arrived no one was there waited 30 mintues finally someone answered the phone saying there sink was broken so come back at 1pm i explained my kid hair was already washed. But still was told. Come back. Arrived at 12:50. She had 3 kid there. And told. To leave my kid there she cant start until 4. Nope never again.Service: Hairstyling
