Mary and Gisela are basically thieves. They take forever and don’t even actually fix jewelry. I had an issue with an order and they refused to give me a managers information to speak to. I asked over 5 times for a higher up and they kept covering for each other. Horrible service.

This is what they gave me. They gave me two sizes too big (I wear a 9.5) and refused to give me the correct size BEFORE RESIZING. They did not add enough metal during resizing even though they made it to be a 10.5 from a size 7. The width of the ring was even all the way around before resizing. They resized it to have three widths, the front, half-way through the back on each side, and then the back. They said I could take it or leave it and be out $150. You can see three jewels missing from it bending due to the lack of metal. They put all blame on me. And thought it was actually funny. These people are malicious. Zero Stars.Lesson learned.Perfect if you are trying to throw money away. Do not come here if you are expecting a product from them, because you will leave with trash.

Straight rip off I bought a mold they charge me for it didn’t give it to me because it was broken and then they raise the price on the jewelry do not shop here

The worst place to buy jewelry, I bought some earrings and they came out of very poor quality and I couldn't even return them after only 3 days of purchasing them. I don't recommend this place ?

Honestly, go to any other place but here. They take ages to return jewelry and when you finally get it back it's amateurish at best.
