Such a scam service. Booked a vehicle a month ago and the day we need to pick up, the store appears closed. No one called, no email notification, nothing!!! Tried to cancel and Hertz is charging for it!! What a joke, never again Hertz! On hold with Hertz support for an hour, this is hopeless.

The counter staff were extremely nice and friendly. I had a small scratch on the car, and the lady helped me resolve this rental issue positively. And she also helped me with my poor English.
Last but not least, I had a good car.

Dorothy and her staff are great, thank you! We love having this Hertz in our neighborhood, it makes things very easy. Been coming here for 10+ years at least.
