Went in to buy a new button, as I lost the extra one that came with the shirt. As I greeted the associate, I explained to her my delima. She then asked me for my ID. I was confused and asked her what does who I am have to do with buying a button? Feeling profiled, I told her not to worry about it and made my mind up then that I'll stick with Purple Lable.

If a manager can call me back asap, I would appreciate it. My name is Rashanda Maxwell, I’ve tried calling the store numerous times and the mailbox is full and client service rep that I get that is not in house is unable to assist. This is regarding a recent purchase!

The service here is great. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I bought some Gucci shoes from here and they are great! They are a little uncomfortable at times but that’s usually with a lot of designer brands. The material is good and easy to clean. The store has a lot of options you can chose from with their 2 floors of inventory.

Had the BEST afternoon with Maria M. She is so knowledgeable about the brand and made sure we understood the nuances about the new designer. I went in not wanting a bag and I left with one so she is GOOD. She was so patient with my friend and me and helped us figure out what we should buy. We left with huge smiles and know we will be back to shop with her. Thank you so much, Maria!!!

I visited Chicago and had to drop by the Gucci Store. I was greeted kindly, and Jin helped me with my purchase. She went above and beyond to show me different options while I was undecided, then went on to offer me champagne when I was in process of purchase. I still get messages/invites time to time which is nice. If I go back to Chicago, I will return to this location for a visit.

Gucci came through for my Christmas present this year! Amber was so cool and fun to work with, she made the whole experience special and fun and easy. I was so nervous the bag I wanted would be gone by the time I got back from other shopping, but we kept in touch over text, and she even ran it out to the car when my bf went to pick it up! Can't wait to grow my collection and see my new Gucci friends again asap!
