This place is extremely unprofessional!! The owners only want you believe they are a nice and helpful only for you to realize that they played you. The first couple times they play nice and put on a front only to gain you as a customer. However, the issue with this place is that they are extremely incompetent of running a business. I bought a dress from this place and needed alternations, which they said they can do. This is where their true colors show because they manipulate you into trying to believe that they did work on your dress. And if they did do work, it was something that a ten year old could have done. Something as simple as closing a dress’s slit or tightening the strap, should not take the place months to get done. Not only that, but when you go to the place after the alterations to try on the dress, you find that NO WORK is done on the dress! Then, they try to make you pay for alterations that were never done. This business should get shut down because we’re customers trying to provide the place business, but the place they are running is beyond unprincipled and filled with greedy money hungry owners. Save yourself the time, money, headache and find a place that’s values their customers.

Worst place ever. Owners are so manipulative and unprofessional. They changed their policies as they pleased. We ordered dresses from them and they never called us saying that they received our order or anything. We constantly had to call them and check on our order. She ignored calls from all of us. We knew it was on purpose so we called with someone else’s number she wasn’t familiar with and she answered the call immediately. When she figured out who it was, they told us that our order wasn’t even placed, which didn’t make sense because we paid a deposit and ordered all the dresses at once at her store. Eventually our dresses make it and we quickly realized that we needed alterations. We told her exactly what we wanted and she told us that she would have them done for us. Finally, we get a call from her saying that the dresses are done, so we went down to her shop to try them on and pick them up. Once we tried them on, we noticed that NOTHING was done. We confronted her about it and she refused to take it off the price of the alterations. She was being so manipulative saying that there was work done, but the dresses we left untouched since the last time we seen them. Save your money and go to some place that’ll actually respect you.

THE WORST PLACE EVER DON'T GO HERE.The owner and her husband are disgusting and racist. If I can give them zero stars, I would. They kept changing their words and their policy as they pleased. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRAP AT FIRST THEY MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY'RE NICE ONCE YOU GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT THEN THEY WILL CHANGE WITH YOU TREMENDOUSLY AND BECOME VERY RUDE. They're only thirsty for money and very unprofessional they waste your time by making you come back and forth for these fitting, but nothing is done. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY RESPECT YOU AS THIER CUSTOMER.

Horrible service. The first time I came in and purchased my dress everything was fine the dress fit perfectly but the zipper on the dress was broken, we asked if they can fix it and they said yes we also needed it altered on the straps so we waited 2 weeks for the dress to be ready like they said it would be we then never received a call about the dress being ready when we called they said it wouldn’t be ready for another few days when we finally go to pick the dress up and try it on again the zipper was not fixed nor was the dress altered they then say that the zipper couldn’t be fixed AFTER THEY SAID IT COULD BE and then proceeds to say oh we can fix it come back tomorrow I then call back the next day and ask if the dress was fixed and altered and the lady on the phone said that altering the dress would costs 25 dollars extra but the zipper was fixed we then go pick the dress up and THE ZIPPER WAS STILL BROKEN and the lady says the dress doesn’t fit me and that’s the reason why the zipper was breaking mind you the zipper was broken before we ever tried the dress on she then fixed it finally and says if we break it we have to pay not to mention again the body shaming when the dress fit me perfectly the first time I ever tried it on I would recommend to never go here.

Thank you to all of the staffing at Grisel’a Bridal for helping me at the last minute one hour before the was to close for the day . They found me my perfect dress for my 50th Birthday celebration which i had been looking everywhere with no luck, The moment I walked into there shop I was helped immediately . With out them knowing what colors of my party , the alteration Lady pulls out a dress that seemed like it was waiting just for me . Not just that but the staff stayed over just to do alterations to make sure that I will have my dress that night because I came from all the way from out of town to come to their store !! I am beyond thankful to them all !! Thank you guys again!!

If I could give this disgustingly filthy place zero stars I would. The back room where they have you do your fittings is filthy and smells. Rental was extremely expensive not to mention clothes smelled of mildew. Shoes smelled of dirty feet. No choice but to accept it as we picked up last minute for a quinceniera. Owner was beyond ignorant with an attitude like she was doing us a favor. Nonetheless we had no choice but to use her services as it was last minute. She advised we needed to return in 2 days which is ridiculous for any rental establishment (event was Saturday evening and she wanted it back on Monday). I called and spoke with owner and advised I wasn’t able to drop off Monday as I was stuck at work and wouldn’t make it before she closed at 7. . She assured me it would be no problem and I could drop off Wednesday. I show up Wednesday and she has the audacity to tell me she’s keeping my deposit. She never mentioned that over the phone. Rude, ignorant ownership, disgusting dirty rentals. I WILL NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND I WARN YOU TO STAY FAR AWAY!

I cannot thank the owner enough. We are returning customers. My daughter needed a 2nd prom dress and the owner was so passionate and understanding as my daughter had a meltdown. My daughter felt discouraged when we found an amazing dress but it wasn't right, the owner talked to her and said they could make alterations to the dress so it would be exactly what she wanted. We came back a few hours later the dress was EXACTLY what my daughter was wanting. The price is ALWAYS in budget and the owner and staff are just PHENOMENAL!!!! We will be making the 4 hour drive to return to this store to look at their beautiful dresses again in the future. The selection is HUGE and unique, reasonably price, staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you Grisel's Bridal staff for making my baby feel special, beautiful, and heard.
