Mr. King's office is inaccessible during regular business hours. His office staff worker, Ms. Cassandra, is unprofessional and needs additional training before continuing to work with the public.

Greg King has been my agent for 25 years. He is very personable. He has been there every time need him. His office staff is friendly and helpful. They have always put me first even though State Farm the company may not have. They call to remind me that payment to be made and have always paid on time when ever I have had a claim. Greg is a honest man and a pillar in Hyde Park.

Look away Fast! I made the mistake of not during my research and I regret it. Before my closing date I submitted all the proper paperwork on time and Greg & his team didn’t do their part. Let’s just say it resulted in a big mess. You can never get through on the phone lines or get a timely email response back to ask a simple question. Honestly Greg is very forgetful , unorganized and quite frankly just overwhelmed. I can’t believe he’s still able to operate.

I have been calling Greg King's office for over 3 weeks to report a claim against someone who is covered by him. His office has not addressed my complaint, filed a claim, or followed up on my telephone calls. Each time I've called the office, I've been told that Mr. King isn't in and that he'll reach out to me upon his return. Over 3 weeks later, 4 phone calls, and still no Mr. King. Very poor customer service.
