I've been working with Green Paws since August '23, and cannot recommend them highly enough! After a number of Rover fails, I needed a reliable and trustworthy dog sitter to stay with my two pups when I travel for work. A huge selling point was the care with which they handled the intake & meeting process- it was clear that this is a place that cares about pets, and is professionally run. The app is super easy to use, and the team is fantastic with clear & frequent communications, so I don't have to worry when I'm away. As for the quality of care, Katelyn is a dream- my dogs absolutely adore her, and I know I can rest easy when I'm away because they are in such caring & capable hands. When my Cavalier had a medical emergency while I was out of town & unreachable, the Green Paws team leaned in to make sure she got the care she needed and kept me well-informed about her progress until I could get home. It was so reassuring, and confirmed that this is THE place for me and my dogs- we love Green Paws!

Green Paws truly saved the day with holiday dog sitting coverage. Our usual sitter had to cancel 3 weeks out from Christmas, and having previously hired Green Paws a couple years ago, I reached out and they were able to confirm a sitter, Rick, within 24 hours. Rick sent the best, most detailed updates to us throughout his stay and I know my dogs were in great care! Rick also left my condo very tidy and helped pick up a package from the lobby when it arrived. We’re very grateful for Green Paws and will certainly hire them again!

I've been using Green Paws for cat sitting visits since 2015. Absolutely amazing customer service and they hire awesome pet lovers as their care specialists. I've had several over the years as I have moved around to different neighborhoods in the city, and every one was awesome. They also use an app so you will get photos and updates easily every visit. I've recommended Green Paws to literally everyone I know who has a pet in the city. Love you guys!

Brian has been our dog walker since 2015! He's the best!! But really so is everyone at Green Paws! We've also had members of their team stay at our house while we were out of town because our old dog (who was dog reactive) wouldn't have been able to handle a daycare/kennel. They are an incredible small business and we are so lucky to have them! Can't recommend highly enough.

Everyone one the team is great to work with. Professional, flexible and we love having them walk our 1.5 yr old pup - especially the realtime updates / photos. We love Greenpaws.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about EVERYONE at GreenPaws!! Our dog Sophie LOVES when her pet care specialist John comes so much! It’s such a relief to know that someone who cares so much about our fur baby is helping care for her. We have a monthly membership for daily walks as well as occasionally need pet sitting services as well, and have always been thrilled with the care provided!

I LOVE GREEN PAWS!!! When our cat was sick earlier this year and we had to be away from home for a few days, we were so nervous to leave our sick baby at all. Whitney was incredibly warm, confident and professional when we met. I instantly felt relief knowing that my kitty would be in excellent hands. I got daily photos with thoughtful & comical captions included. They really know how to personalize their services and ease one's mind. Our dog has been a long time client of Green Paws as well and enjoys the long walks and pets - of course there are captioned pictures always. We recently participated in a community event by Green Paws that showcased various client footage of adventures, tricks and pet fashion. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you're looking for a pet sitting or dog walking service - look no further. Green Paws is #1!

I have been a client of Green Paws since 2016 for dog walking and in-home dog sitting services. Green Paws has always provided tremendous service, the Pet Care Specialists are professional, friendly and, most importantly, loving caretakers for the animals. The favorite part of my workday every day would be getting texted a picture of my boys smiling during their walk. I would recommend Green Paws to anyone for their reliable delivery of services and their reasonable prices. But I would mostly recommend Green Paws to anyone because they treat our pets as part of their family, too.

I tried to set up cat sitting and find these people incredibly unorganized and challenged to communicate properly. If you cannot answer emails in a timely fashion or the pet sitter is working another job how can you provide quality service when I do hire you? Other reviews on here mention the same situations...

Green Paws is hands down the best of the best. They've been taking care of my two pups for 5 years - practically their entire lives! Their walkers can make a career out of it - they stick around and you can tell they do it for the love of the animals. We've used their membership options pre-pandemic and even throughout working from home. I would give an extra star just for the funny updates and photos we get after each walk!

We are so happy with our caretaker and the responsiveness of the team at Green Paws. They are helpful even when we’ve been in a bind (eg our flight got canceled and we couldn’t get home, so they helped make sure our cat wasn’t left without food). We get daily photos of Tomato and appreciate that he gets playtime when we are out or traveling. Thank you to the awesome people at this company!

We have used Green Paws for over 5 years, since our dog was a puppy. We have had numerous walkers but each has been truly amazing. They love our pets as if they were their own and make themselves available at the drop of the hat to stop in and check on them. Highly recommend using Green Paws for your pet care needs.
