GOP has always done everything to assist my company. Their service times are quick. They work with Xerox and get problems fixed in under a business day getting Xerox out to our office sometimes same day. They fight for us and help keep us productive.

The only reason our company switched to Green Office Partner is that they sold us on the immediacy of their response whenever we needed help with our office printer. The reality is that we NEVER get immediate help. We don't even get same day help. If we had known this would be the case, we never would have switched over to them. We are often forced to a standstill because of our printer issues lasting for days. Would not recommend.

Green Office Partner has been a nightmare to work with. From the lack of training to the lack of actual help that is provided. Avoid GOP at all costs.

This company is terrible. DO NO do business with them!!!! We have a contract with them for our high speed copier and supplies. Since they are a third party, we do not have access to the manufacurer's order supply center and they take so long to reorder that we run out of supplies. When the copier needs maintenance or support, we call it in to Green Office Partner and it gets a ticket. The ticket is in sent to the manufacturer and then GOP never follows up, so it languishes... meanwhile we do not have a copier. Buyer beware!

They keep sending a third party called Encore printer solutions... the guy Jeff smells and try's to get the girls in the office to share their phone numbers with him. We had to ask him to leave.
