I'd like to warn anyone buying from this Dealer over the internet- DON'T TAKE THERE WORD ON THE VEHICLES CONDITION! Go look at it in person. I bought a 2007 H2 30K miles - it had very low miles - and the Owner of Greater Chicago Motors "Sam" assured me that his mechanics have gone through the vehicle, before they list it for sale. My vehicle was priced high for it's make/model, so I expected what was told to me from Sam, to be true. It arrived by car carrier, first thing I noticed was the over the top, excessive rust on the frame and under carriage (see photos) - they hid that from all their pictures and never told me about that. Both power mirrors were broken and don't work, air filter needs replacement (see photo), the shocks are shot and need replacement, A/C isn't cool - needs recharge, multiple running lights are out, passenger running boards is damaged and they never showed that in their pictures. After driving it for 5 miles, the engine light came on. <<Waiting for service on that. I paid TOP DOLLAR for a H2 that was "gone through" by Greater Chicago Motors service, before it was offered for sale. So... BEWARE!!! When I called my sales person "Ahmed" to inform him of the problems- he never called me back. Been a week. I felt it was my duty to share my experience with other potential customers.

Great auto shop. Had my catalytic converter and one O2 sensor stolen. The facilities are clean - and close to my house! In network at state farm - so I only had to pay deductible. Much better price than Honda. My car looks terrific, thank you! And Amari , the receptionist, is a doll.

Chicago Autohaus was fantastic to work with! They were incredibly courteous, professional, and efficient in repairing our vehicle from a fender-bender. We were extremely impressed with the speed with which they worked, the quality of the work done to our vehicle, the cleanliness of their space, and overall just how friendly everyone was. They're an approved repair shop for State Farm insurance, which made the process that much easier! We highly recommend Chicago Autohaus!

Adam was fantastic. We were visiting Chicago for a weekend to go to a concert, and our car was stolen overnight. It was recovered with a busted window and steering column. Adam was very straightforward and honest with us about the timeframe it would take to get the parts in to completely fix it, and while he wouldn't be able to get the parts for the body, window, and steering column in time for us to leave town, he was able to patch up the window with a covering and get us ready to get on the road again. He even put together a makeshift key for us to be able to get the car started, so we could get it home. He's a trustworthy and standup guy, and I'll definitely be recommending this place to any of my friends in Chicago!

This shop is terrible. I took my infiniti truck there to replace bumper. They didn't have the calibration tool to reset the sonar safety sensors. I spent 100 dollars on lyft going back in forth. They had to call the dealer to bring the calibration tool which held up the completion. Also it look like someone had been searching through my rear cargo area for something to steal. If you have any work that has anything to do with sensors don't go to them because they either don't have the tools or knowledge and have to call the dealer which holds up the completion date. Also you need to remove your items before you leave your vehicle because one of there employees is a thief.

My front bumper was completely destroyed on one side. Chicago Autohaus made my car look GRAND NEW!! They did is quickly and they were great with communication. The two gals at the front desk are so thoughtful, sweet and great with communication. I waited in the lobby for a bit and they made me feel right at home!

We had a great experience with Chicago Autohaus. They are quick to answer the call and made sure to call you back if they missed you. We made the fixing through State Farm. They did the job much faster than other State Farm authorized vendors. They also went up and beyond to cleaned inside of my car. Great experience!!!!

I was referred to Chicago Autohaus and Tim through a friend. He was coined as the best in class! I made the amateur mistake of scraping my car against the garage door and my car needed some TLC (I have an Acura RDX). Tim was more than accommodating to get me in right away and went above and beyond to take of my car. He took care of a few other spots he noticed on my car that needed care. Great guy, awesome work and top notch service!

This business is absolutely horrible. I came in for an estimate and waited for hours to be seen. Upon being seen I was told that an estimate would be done and emailed to be by the end of the day. At the end of the day, I did not receive an estimate. I called the next day and asked about the estimate. I was told that the estimate wasn’t done and that I would get a call back. I got a call back and was told that the production manager said that my job was too big to do and that they would not be able to do the work. This is completely ridiculous after spending hours waiting for an estimate by going to the location and not being told that the job wouldn’t be able to be done. Why didn’t they tell me then instead of not doing the estimate and failing to follow up with me? This is completely unprofessional and feel that this business is totally unprofessional and incapable of working on high end vehicles and work with professional individuals. The shop is filthy and the staff look sloppy and unprofessional as well. If you are any type of professional, do not take you car to this facility. They are complete frauds!!!

I had a small scratch on my car and Authohaus assessed it and buffed it out in 10 minutes! Such amazing service, and their communication was amazing. I was able to text with Brandy to set up the appointment, ask questions, and follow up on details. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will go back here any time I have the need!
