I bought my husband’s Mother’s Day flowers here and they were simply beautiful. The service was top notch- everyone was so kind and they went above and beyond to make everything so easy and nice. I’m so happy I found this place! Couldn’t recommend more.

I had Ki House put together the florals for my baby shower recently, and I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with what they put together for it - especially since I gave them fairly limited direction and a strict budget. Krista was wonderful to collaborate with, and all of our guests complimented us on our shower flowers. I will absolutely be using them again if I host another big Chicago event in the future. I used Ki House for my wedding a few weeks ago and I will start off by saying I was completely blown away by the beauty and detail of the arrangements they put together! I received dozens of messages about my wedding flowers and am still receiving compliments to this day! I don't know much about flowers so I gave Ki House very little direction* but Krista and her team were able to knock it out of the park and deliver results way better than I could've ever imagined. I wish I could keep every arrangement forever because nothing will ever compare to the beauty of what Ki House created for me. They took my vision and made it 1000% more elevated, detailed, creative and breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend Ki House to anyone! *I asked the Ki House team for "pastel, whimsical, romantic" and that's about it. Pictured is the masterpiece they delivered. I could not be happier!

We used Ki House for our wedding in November. We found the on Instagram luckily and they did not disappoint! We had a vision for what we wanted and they brought it to life in a way that was beyond our expectations. Karen & Krista were easy to work with, very experienced, and made our special day so beautiful!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We initially started out selecting individual flowers for them to create into a bouquet, but realized that maybe it would be better to choose from the arrangements they'd already put together. We found the perfect mix of flowers in a lovely basket.

I called to order a birthday bouquet an hour before their closing time to be delivered the next day. I understood that the delivery would be the next day as I called late in the day. Ki House was kind enough to offer to try and deliver on the same day, one hour before closing, if possible and they were able to do so! So thoughtful and the birthday girl is very happy. The flowers are gorgeous. Ki House goes above and beyond.

Ki House is amazing. They have a unique style, will go crazy/wild if you ask, has easy ordering online, great on time delivery, and they have never disappointed. This is my go-to flower place for the area and they go above and beyond with quality options. The arrangement legit smells delightful in your home for days and the flowers always have various levels of blooming which makes it last for a long time with some healthy pruning. Will forever order from here for folk in their delivery zone.

Ki House was our florist for our wedding in May. I absolutely loved working with Karen and her team. Admittedly, flowers were important to me- but not a top priority. I didn't have strong ideas of what I wanted- but sent some inspiration photos to Karen and her team and WOW- I am so so thankful I let Ki House take the wheel! Our flowers- from our alter pieces, boutonnières, my bouquet, and table arrangements- were STUNNING. They were delivered timely, fresh, and lasted well after the event. Thank you, Ki House! Krista and her team are AMAZING. I shared my general vision for the day with them (since I know next to nothing about flowers) and they absolutely knocked it out of the park with a bouquet I could have only dreamed of. I bought flowers from here for my sister in law’s birthday and they were delivered in perfect condition with the kindest staff and the flowers looked UNREAL. If you need a flower shop in Chicago look no where else but here. They do the best work and it’s owned by a mother and daughter duo! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
