I worked with Sam, and he provided a solid cargo van at a low price. A wheel bearing went bad one week after purchasing the van, and Sam had it repaired at his expense. The warranty he offers is real! I will go to Grand lux auto next time I’m buying a vehicle.

Very happy with my purchase. Needed a small work van and Sammy made the purchase as easy and straightforward as possible. I waited two months to leave a review and have put some miles on the van and it is doing just fine.

Truly amazed with a dealership that will go above and beyond to make my husband’s dream happen! New business, needed a work vehicle, Sammy was a great guide in purchasing a work car, he follows up with my husband even after he sold him the van. Never saw that before! Professionalism, customer service, follow up, care… I will recommend that place to anyone! Five stars, no doubs!

I absolutely loved everything about working with Grand Lux Auto! I got a beautiful, well-maintained car that was pristinely clean for a price I couldn't beat anywhere, AND you couldn't ask for a more wonderful group of men to work with. It's a family business, and these are very good and honest people. The communication was excellent, and the entire process was fun. They mostly sell commercial vehicles, and I'm still going to check with them first any time I need a new car for my family. And I live in Wisconsin. They're that good.

Amazing Place! Would really recommend going here if you're looking for a car, the prices are really good! Workers there were so friendly introduced himself right away! Showed me the car I was looking for with no hesitation went on a test drive and bought the car! It's been 2 weeks now and everything is good, also called me when I got my car shipped to see if everything was good, loved this place. 10/10 recommend.

I recently bought a van 100% online from here and I couldn't be happier. The process was so easy ! I live in Colorado and had the car shipped to Kentucky. The entire process only took 3 days from start to delivery.
Sammy, made this process so smooth for me. He even took time out of his day to personally drive the vehicle around for me to make sure the ac blew cold. Awesome customer service and great communication.
Could not be happier with my purchase.

First of all, let me start by apologizing to Sammy personally and to Ozzie at Grand Lux Auto. I first spoke to Ozzie, when I stumbled across Grand Lux Auto’s Web page. I was in the market for a Ford Transit Connect high top van, a friend of mine had a similar type van that he bought from the Chicago area. My friend purchased his van strictly online and had it delivered to his home in Missouri. Now mind you, I am a retired law enforcement officer from Missouri and a 21 year military veteran, so with that background, honestly I was a little skeptical about purchasing a vehicle the same way my friend did. I’m more of a hands on type of purchaser, I want to put hands on and test drive whatever I’m buying. I first spoke to Ozzie on the phone about the 2013 Ford Transit Connect High Top with 120,000 miles on it that I found on their web page. I told Ozzie I would arrange a date to drive up to Chicago and check out the van.
On November 24, 2023, in the early morning hours, I left my Missouri home and drove 5 hours (338 miles) to Northwest Chicago area not knowing really what to expect, I found Grand Lux Auto. I told Ozzie what I would be driving and needless to say when I pulled on the lot Ozzie recognized my vehicle right away, Ozzie showed me the van in question and we took it for a test drive. Ozzie directing me on which street to turn on and telling me to speed up and really get on the gas pedal, once my speed was up to about 45 mph, he wanted me to apply the brakes hard, checking for any wobbling in the front end of the van. The Van drove great and I was really satisfied with the Van and the professional attitude of Ozzie and his mechanical knowledge. We returned to Grand Lux Auto where he introduced me to Sammy. Sammy treated me like I was member of his own family, very professional and knowledgeable about the transaction, Sammy was clean cut and well mannered. I wrote a check for the full amount including delivery. I returned home and waited for my delivery, While waiting for my van, I had a family emergency and had mentioned it during a phone conversation with Sammy. What impressed me most about Grand Lux Auto and Sammy was when he called me to let me know my check had cleared and the van would be arriving soon, the first words out of his mouth, were HOW IS YOUR DAUGHTER? The sound of his compassionate voice and professionalism set me at ease. My van was delivered as promised, and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased, again I give a special shout out thank you to both Sammy and Ozzie.
PS sorry it took so long to write this review, I would not hesitate again to purchase an automobile from GRAND LUX AUTO or to recommend them to anyone. I’m sure there are a few typos in my review, but what do you expect when writing this between 4 and 5 this morning February 28, 2024.
