Updating review. Changing to 1 star from 4 since we now have an issue with our range, Air Fryer doesn't work, and suddenly, no one is interested in assisting us. The issue was reported 5 days ago, and there is still no response from Grand Appliance Customer Support. Unfortunately, what I feared would happen if we needed service is happening... we're not receiving any. This experience is terribly disappointing.

This was an overall bad experience for us. Our dishwasher broke so we went to Grand Appliance on Fullerton due to the great reviews. The sales guy did not really appear too knowledgeable about the appliances in general or like he really cared to inform us on them. We ended up purchasing a dishwasher and were set to get it installed on a set date a few days later. The day comes and the technicians realize we do not have the proper kit for them to install the dishwasher since we switched brands. That is something that should have come up when we purchased the dishwasher and scheduled a date because we could have ordered that part in advance. After the dishwasher kit arrived we scheduled the installation, but no one contacted us on that day. So we call to find out they had a system error but didn't think to inform us. After 3 weeks without a dish washer and the staff there showing no sense of urgency after all this mess we decided to cancel our order and take our business else where.BTW the sales guy just hung up on me after I told him to cancel our order. So after there was no email confirmation on the cancellation of our order, I had to call again and it was finally processed.

The delivery team kept me aware thru texts where they were and expected eta. They arrived on time and brought the appliance to my 27 th floor condo.All was done fast, near and professional. I prefer using Grand Appliance over other dealers.

I wish I had time to write a longer review, but I'm very busy dealing with a new washer that doesn't work. They tell you to call customer service and don't want to help you after the sale is made. If you want appliances that actually work don't go here. I also got a refrigerator that didn't work and had to get it replaced. This was after the first one was way too short, so after the initial installation that's a total of three refrigerators, one dishwasher check, two washer service visits. An appliance store shouldn't have to come to your house multiple times within the first month of purchasing your appliances.

The salesman Jeffrey at the Fullerton store answered my many phone calls during the purchase. Also, the delivery personnel kept me informed on a precise delivery time. The experience was so much better than Home Depot
