This is one of the most honest and best shop for auto repair. I have been going to Mike and Steve for years and they never disappoint. Both of them are super knowledgeable about car and they very professional. I love this place. Highly recommended

I can't recommend Grand & Cicero Service highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. Steve went above and beyond, taking the time to show me my car and clearly explain what needed to be fixed. The transparency and detail were impressive, and the pricing was incredibly fair. I felt genuinely cared for, and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto repair shop in Chicago. Highly professional, trustworthy, and accommodating—this place is truly top-notch!

Just brought my car today(8/5/2024) for A/C problem. They fixed the problem and some minor issues at very reasonable price. I will highly recommend this place based on my own experience. The staff are very helpful too.

When my import broke down, I quickly realized that no shop in the area would work on it because their distributors don’t have parts available. Desperate and need of help I called and Grand and Cicero auto service for help. They offered solutions, searched for parts and ultimately fixed the car. I thought I was gonna be out of luck and junk the car. Thank goodness I found this shop. Got me rolling again. They were honest and through. Didn’t just hang up on me with no direction of what to do or where to go. They also provided an in depth report of the vehicles condition and problems with pictures and videos. Can’t find this kind of professionalism just anywhere. Thanks guys.

Be careful for extra charge i go there to change Bearing they said they should change 3 parts together because no way to change only bearing and it cost almost 600i go to other mechanic the guy said bearing have nothing to do with that 2 part and he changed it for only 270$ this guy even charge me 25$ for only put my tire
