This was a pretty good shop in the past. Unfortunately it has fallen into the category of every other shop that is into money grab.They won’t address the root problem nor admit they don’t know the solution. Simple google search would reveal more information than they provide. There name holds weight in the industry and they have excellent vendors and resources its just the newer staff mainly Luis which has rubbed off on Alex.

Didn’t get any work done on my car, came to diagnose an issue. I believe his name was Luis, told me what was wrong with my car had something to do with my car being 4x4 and gave me information to another shop, that I can only assume is a buddy or soemthing.The thing is when he told me what was wrong with the vehicle, I explained that my car was RWD not AWD, just seems strange what the mechanic diagnosed the car with is something my car doesn’t have. Can’t say I would recommend this shop.They were nice and did look at my car as soon as I pulled up, but don’t know about the mechanical skills. I would’ve rather he said he didn’t no versus something made up.
