I had an oil leaking problem on my family trip in Chicago.
Because I am a stranger here, I visited Interstate Auto Center by google map reviews.
It was my perfect choice!
They are professional, honest and kind.
I am especially thankful for being nice to my children.

This is the only place I come to get my car worked on! They are always fast and reasonably priced. NOT the type of mechanic shop that will try to add on a bunch of services you don't need just to get more money out of you. 10/10 recommend!

Baker was very nice, professional, and helped me out big time. I needed new tires, an alignment, and my car was making noise in the back. He hooked me up with brand new tires, fixed my car right, and gave me a great price. Thank you I will be coming again.

I got a flat from something on the expressway. Brought my car in the next day and was able to get the tire plugged/patched. Was in and out in about an hour, and very affordable! Super quick and easy. Will be returning for any future concerns!

I absolutely love this place. I have been to so many car repair places and they always over charge me and never explain to me what I am paying for. When I finally found this place and spoke with the employee Baker I have been a loyal customer ever since. Even though I know nothing about cars they explain everything in detail to where I can understand exactly what I’m paying for and why I’m paying for it. I would 10000% recommend this place to anyone no matter the issue. I just got my back brakes done and they work better than when I first got my car. Love love love this place.

Starting out 2024 with a nail in tire is not a great start, but luckily Interstate Auto Center/Goodyear was close by and open for business. This is my second visit to this repair center and I highly recommend their work! Fast, professional service and most importantly - excellent quality work! Thank you Interstate Auto!

I had a Jeep Cherokee and I went into this place to get a sound checked out. They told me it was a bunch of work that needed to be done. I paid the amount & even left my car. Came to pick it up , & everything sounded okay until I got up the street , I went back & was instructed to come back during the next available business day. I did they again told it, it was another issue with brakes, I paid & got that fix. Immediately after paying & test driving, noise still the same. So then they tell me after further looking it was another issue. So I left went to regular shop, was told that my “Drive Shaft”.. yes I’m super late with review but y’all played me ??

Stay clear of this place, a bunch of clowns work here. I spent $1,000 to get my car’s control arms replaced, and they didn’t even last one year before another mechanic said they were bad again. 6 months ago a mechanic pointed out that the control arm ball joint was loose, so I brought it back to interstate auto so they could fix the problem, so technically their work didn’t even last 6 months. Now one year later after a second mechanic said the control arms were needing to be replaced I brought it back to interstate auto and now they are falling back on a warranty saying they won’t fix it, but they said they are willing to replace them AGAIN for $900. They also tried to sell me new Ty rods saying the ones I replaced 3 days ago were bent. So obviously they are trying to make a quick buck off people. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and you should too !Edit:So apparently the owner wants me to mention the damage on the front passenger side of my car. There was no collision, I scraped the paint off while pulling out of my garage. Not even a dent was made on the car, just scraped paint. Nice try you clown !
