Used to be a great pharmacy, now they are really lost, customer service is bad, they called you to let you know they have your medication ready and when you get there they are lost and can't find anything.Really disappointed

A decent pharmacy staff turned out to be a very dishonest pharmacy staff. I don't wanna mention their names and lies, and as how trained they are not to even provide the essential medicines to you if you won't let them to dispense the unnecessarily medicine and to bill the insurance unnecessarily.Another pharmacy mentioned that they would not even transfer your prescriptions upon your request, even though they should be by law. I do not recommend this place to any friend.

I had no parking . The girl in there was very nice and helpful but they couldn't find my doctor for some issues with the prescription so I had to leave .They said I'll receive the meds at home but I never did and it's 6 days later now.I might be back or I won't. I'll have to think about because it's not around my house .

Glad I switched, hands down my favorite pharmacy in Chicago. Way better than Walgreens and CVS. The workers here go above and beyond, they call when prescriptions are ready, auto refill, and the best part is they offer free delivery which has saved me alot of time. Thank again to all the workers there and the amazing customer service! Also, check inside the pharmacy they sell good products at an affordable price.

I've been using Pharmacy One for my precipitations nebulizer, fluids for it and walker. I've been with this pharmacy for year's they have very nice people working their the delivery people make sure they hand you your medications. During the covid scare they still had delivery send out at home covid testing and hand sanitizer. This is a 5 star establishment you can't go wrong going to pharmacy one

I can't say enough regarding how wonderful Pharmacy One Plus treats their customers. They are professional, reliable and really do care about their customers. If I run low on medications, they are so efficient and get my medications refilled from the doctor right away. And they deliver to your home which is so convenient! This pharmacy is the best!
