My fiancé and I are so happy with the gorgeous piece we worked on with Mitch for her engagement ring. Mitch is personable, great at education, low pressure, and makes sure customers are getting the best possible product and value. I am in SF, Ca and Goldin Jewelers was a breeze to work with remotely. Also have gotten brilliant birthstone necklaces as treasured gifts from Goldin. If you want to get quality, be informed about your purchase, and even have some fun while shopping, do yourself a favor, and do not miss this place.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from Goldin which was really the only say I wanted in my engagement ring. I just let him know that if his family didn't have a jeweler, Mitch Ferdman at Goldin Jewelers would take great care of him. Mitch sure delivered!! My engagement ring is so gorgeous and just perfect for me! Mitch has also cleaned both of my parents watches and even included jewelry cleaner in the bag. What a treat!

Met with Mitch about an engagement ring recently. He was awesome to deal with and very educational with the selection process. They provide great service and product. My family has been dealing with them for a very long time. This is definitely the place to go! You can't trust the the Internet sites to sell diamonds. You actually have to see what you're going to get. I wouldn't want my potential fiancee to buy something so meaningful off the internet.

My name is Bobby, I'm a Concierge at a luxury boutique hotel in the River North neighborhood in Chicago. That being said, you know I'm not rich! However, I felt that what I do for a living or how much I make did not matter at Goldin Jewelers. I walked in blind off a referral from a friend, and I felt comfortable from the first handshake. I earned my job because I provide service at the highest level in hospitality, therefore my expectations are very high when elsewhere. The first impression is everything in my opinion, because you don't get a second chance! William and Mitchell (Father & Son owners of Goldin Jewelers) made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in their immaculate (private-setting) salon. First, I met with William (Father) he told me all about himself and his company. I could easily recognize the passion behind his words, and the fact that he wanted me to get to know him first immediately gained my trust and made me feel I was in the right place. When I met Mitch (Son), it was like sitting with friend at a neighborhood tavern, we never even talked about what I was looking for until 20 minutes later haha. These guys understand service, and how to gain someones trust. It's not about how much jewelry you're going to buy or how big your budget is, it's about the RELATIONSHIP, which is priceless. To make it is even easier on them, their jewelry is so spectacular it sells itself! I've purchased my wifes wedding band, my wedding band, and even got a ring restored all at Goldin - I won't go elsewhere from now on. Even if you need to see several differen't ranges of pieces, they're very very patient. Their prices are affordable, the pieces are beautfiul, and the service is second to none. Go to Goldin, tell them Bobby the Concierge sent you!

My husband and I will only buy (good) jewelry from Goldin. Their prices are incredibly fair, they helped me redesign my wedding ring, we've purchased watches, diamond stud earrings, etc. etc. Mitch knows how to take care of customers. review helps others learn about great local businesses.

Goldin Jewelers is one of the best jewelry shops in the Chicago area. I went there the other day to buy a ring for my soon to be fiancé (shhhh) and the jewelers could not be nicer, they helped me find exactly what I needed... If you ever need anything, I highly recommend Goldin Jewelers!!!

Many years ago, my parents went to Goldin Jewelers to get their wedding rings. They did an absolutely beautiful job. When my siblings were born, or there was a special occasion, my father would go in and would work with th team to create custom made beauties. I remember specifically a few years back, my mother had an emerald ring that she had received many years ago from another jeweler. She was getting tired of the setting. My father took the ring in, and surprised her for Christmas with the ring re done is such an elegant, modern but still traditional fashion. I remember staring at the ring, not thinking that another could be so beautiful. Well, little did I know that about 7 years later, the most wonderful man proposed to me with a custom ring from Goldin. My fiancé and I talked to my parents months before we were engaged, and we told them we wanted to start looking at rings. We went to Goldin, and the most incredible experience was created. Our first visit, it was a diamond education day, and I had never learned so much or had so much fun doing so. We went in for more visits, and my the time that my fiancé and Goldin knew what I wanted, I left and told them to put their heads together and create a ring. On July 6 I saw that creation. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen in my life. I have so many people each day, people I don't even know, telling me my ring us the most beautiful they have ever seen. Next week we go in to look at wedding bands. And I can't wait. :) My fiancé and I joke, saying that going to Goldin is like going to a marriage counselor. You walk out of there on a cloud, you won't believe how happy you are. Not just because of the sparkling ring on your finger, but because the people who work there spend the time and effort to connect with you. I'll say this, they are invited to the wedding :)

goldin jewelers is the place to go in chicago when you want high quality high-end jewelry done right. think beautiful engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, earrings...it's all beautiful when it comes from here. we worked with mitch - a lively guy with lots of stories who knows jewelry and will get the job done for you. we came to mitch with an idea of what we wanted and ended up with something even more beautiful than i could have imagined. i knew immediately that whatever he did, it would be of the highest quality and that i would be happy. that is a great feeling to have with a jeweler. i also felt that he was honest about pricing and that while i was paying for top quality, i was not necessarily overpaying. after having such a wonderful experience, i'm sure that mitch and goldin jewelers will be the place my husband and i go back to over the years whenever i need a special present...which hopefully will be often!
