I just picked up my Bernina. This is a wonderful repair shop, they do great work, work quickly, and the price is so very reasonable.

I think these are probably The Guys for sewing machine repair in Chicago. We've used them twice and also bought a machine from them. Work is perfect, price is reasonable, and they know what they're doing.
