Gold Coast Auto body has consistently and professionally handled all the body repairs I've needed for more than 15 years. I was directed to Gold Coast to meet with Mitchel Doi, by my service representative at Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz Chicago. Mitch has always gone out of his way to make sure a timely and positive connection was made with my insurance company claims. He is also a solid sounding board for connecting and controlling the costs of repair. We live in Chicago, drive a 2000 Mercedes 320E 4matic and park on the street in Lincoln Park. Believe me when I say the car, after we have it detailed seasonally at GCAB still has a definite edge and presents as a vehicle you would like to own...with a big thanks to the team at Gold Coast Auto Body.

Great work. Honest. Thorough. I’d use them again, 100%.
Has a small fender bender. I was rear ended, the client had SF insurance. Gold Coast was great to work with, they helped explain the process and were great communicators.

My car needed some serious body work, but Gold Coast got me in right away (another shop was backed up for weeks) and completed everything in less than two weeks. They kept me well informed, and the final result was fantastic. Good as new!

Gold Coast provided the amazing sevice to repair my car. They were very transparent about their pricing as an out-of-network provider for my insurance and gave me frequent updates on ETA and cost over the course of the repair. Hence, there was no surprise. All as expected.
BTW, I had an issue a few weeks after the completion and had to bring my car back. It was actually due to the affiliated dealership work (ACC sensor calibration) and Gold Coast took care of the communication with the dealer and let them rework with no additional cost to me.
Jose, Francesca and Mario are all nice and capable. Highly recommended!

Work was done efficiently and professionally. All time along the repair process i was receiving updates and the progress of the repair. Simply saying, Gold Coast Auto Body did everything, you would want from the auto repair facility.

I don't write many reviews, if any. BUT some degenerate decided to smash my car window, and the car dealership recommended these guys.
GCAB got me in quick, got the work done within a couple of days, and returned my car clean as a whistle. They even removed my wheel tax sticker from years ago. Highly recommended!

Was referred here by Mercedes dealership. Had a huge black scratch all the way down the side of my new white car, and sent a message through the website over the weekend for an appointment. Francesca got back to me first thing Monday morning and got me in for a consult, where Mitch and his team buffed out the scratch completely and didn’t charge me anything. Very kind and high quality customer service. I will be back if I ever need any more body work on my car.

Very easy going and friendly staff……. Made me feel comfortable at a stressful process……. I also love the way you update the customer on updates with texts and emails. The experience is definitely A1 ….communication is great. I haven’t seen any other shops operate at these type of levels so I commend whoever is training the staff great job you guys have to be number one in the area.
