I have had such excellent care here! The best experiences I’ve ever had with a primary care doctor. The office is always quickly responsive and helps whenever needed.

Dr. Gilleon is the best GP I’ve seen in quite a while. Unlike many physicians, she actually listens to you and I’ve never felt rushed. It’s quite a small practice, just Dr. Gilleon and Sharon, at the front desk, but it tends to be far easier to get in touch with them than with most healthcare offices (especially those based in hospitals).

Dr. Gilleon has been my primary care physician for years now and I absolutely love her! She has amazing bedside manner and really works to understand what you're there for. I recommend her to all my friends and some are even regulars there now too. Don't even get me started on how helpful and amazing Sharon is. They have both helped me win fights with the pharmacies more times than I can count. I wouldn't trust my care to anyone else

I had an initial appointment today after recently moving to the area, and it was HANDS-DOWN the best doctor’s office experience I’ve ever had in my life. I left feeling heard and affirmed and cared for. I’m so glad I found this office! Thank you for providing such affirming, safe care for everyone.

Expect your Dr to be a least a hour late. God forbid you tell her about it.
When's she's an hour late she's early ?

The nurse practitioners are amazing when you see them. I’ve been to this office many times. I had to go to this office every three months for blood work because of a medication I was on. During the time I’ve seen them they’ve moved into one office (they used to have one in Andersonville). Since then, I’ve had long wait times. The longest I’ve waited was an hour and a half past my appointment to see the nurse practitioner. They have a button you can press inside the rooms if you have waited more than 20 minutes. That’s not a good sign if an office needs that. The office is awful at returning emails, phone calls, and messages you’ve sent on the patient portal. Back in December I had a lump and was told I needed to get a CT scan done with contrast ASAP. I got a CT scan that day and was told I would have to pay out of pocket and then, I would get a reimbursement from insurance. I did that. It is now March and they STILL didn’t send the paperwork to insurance for me to get the reimbursement and I’m out a lot of money because of it! I’ve sent an email requesting an update about the reimbursement status for my CT scan a month ago and a message on the patient portal two weeks ago. I’m still waiting to hear back from them. It really is a shame because the nurse practitioners I’ve seen are amazing but awful at communicating and completing the necessary paperwork when you were promised it would be take care of. Personally, its not worth the headache. If I were you look elsewhere because one day you could be in the same situation.Just a three year update lol I never got refunded from my insurance because this office never filed the paper work for me to get the refund. I had to pay $500 dollars for a CT scan that they insured me would be covered. It’s clear this office has a few things to work on with their negative reviews. They clearly don’t care to make things right with their patients since they don’t respond or care for their one star reviews. If I were a business owner I would be focused on how to correct mistakes and respond to these negative reviews. It’s clear this doctor doesn’t care about that!

The facility is small and comfortable, and never feels busy. The staff are courteous, and Dr. Gilleon is patient and kind. From how the staff asks your preferred name, to allowing you to opt out of a weigh-in, you can tell that they value preserving dignity and fostering a safe environment for all people. Been coming here for maybe three or four years? I never felt comfortable enough having a "primary" physician until I came here.

Pro: she's not bad if she believes you. Very good about prescribing medication and open minded re: gender and sexuality. Cons: -it's your job to get her attention if you're in a room and she hasn't shown up in 20 mins-once she's made up her mind about you she's made up her mind - gossiped about me within hearing range. - ignored a major indicator for a serious condition in my blood work leading to me effectively dismissing my issues as other, smaller things . (though I still don't know exactly what is wrong with me)- always in a hurry.

Update 12/6/22I just heard them talking about me and saying my issues were too complex in an off putting toneJust when I thought it couldn’t get worse they sent my IUD prescription to a pharmacy that didn’t work for the IUD now I have to look for a pharmacy and call the doctor.Update #3 they’re back on their old game — I’ve been waiting for an hour and didn’t even see the nurse/ medical assistant yet. And their automated system deadnamed me.Update #2 Major improvement on efficiency. Even saw the actual doctor:)Update: I now literally never get to see the actual doctor and when we do video appointments she acts like it’s an inconvenience.Doctor is great for the whole 10 minutes (of the 45 appointment)get to see her. The internal communication is pathetic and the doc has gone from fabulous to inattentive

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gilleon for over 2 years. She’s always been very responsive and willing to listen while spending real time with her patients.I had to get a new iud and it was the worst! My old IUD (place by another doctor) was in a bad place that could have meant I had to have surgery. Dr. Gilleon successfully got the IUD removed. But she let me tap out 3 times, giving me water, a cold compress, and time. She was attentive, understanding, and patient. We were supposed to put in the new iud, but I couldn’t. So we rescheduled for next week just like that. No you’re holding me up from my other patients. No this isn’t that painful. No just hold on it’s almost over.I’ve never been treated with such care and understanding in any doctor’s office the way I experience it here.

Dr. Gilleon is a great doctor, makes you feel super comfortable and is approachable. She’ll answer any questions you have and is always available for tele appointments or in office visits. The front desk is also very helpful and friendly. Was recommended by a friend and will continue to recommend to my friends.

Gilleon Health is truly the best doctors office I have EVER attended! I have been recommending Dr Gilleon to everyone I know since I started seeing her years ago. You cannot get a more caring, understanding, non-judgemental, and welcoming team if you tried! I am TERRIFIED of doctors usually, and right from the beginning Dr Gilleon has been warm and welcoming, and occasionally brings her dog in! Which made a world of difference for me, one minute I'm trembling and the next I'm petting a dog while calmly talking about health concerns. Honestly appointments feel like talking to an incredibly knowledgable friend who actively wants to help, and her entire staff has been nothing but wonderful! I cannot possibly recommend them enough!
