A very expansive catalogue of items. Very competitive prices as well. Low cost for delivery options. Understand that it will take a few weeks for an order to ship. But once it ships you will promptly receive an email with tracking information.

I have spent $500 on orders that I have placed since August and have only received a partial of my orders they need to do better services I am still waiting on my orders and they need to be opened on the weekends so I can come and have more stock of items that we need on site this is my last time I’m doing any more orders online.

My daughter and I went yesterday. The ladies were very nice and helpful, but I do suggest going to the location instead of online ordering so you can get more info and help.

I have a large order in since march 3rd and no response on emails and have called dozens of times to only talk to someone twice with false ship dates and not giving the follow up they promised, still waiting and calling as of 7/8/2024

Let it be known that Geo. Lauterer Company has the world's worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Promises made on five (5) separate phone calls and the owner is always out of the office.
I highly suggest that no-one order from this company and have to deal with such terrible service as I have since 3-15-2024 for small items.

November 2023 I ordered an item and it still has not arrived, today is 4/17/2024. I called Geo Lauterer again today, only to be told the same lie "you should receive it in about 2 weeks". Today, I finally stated that I wanted my money refunded in full. Moving forward, I will purchase from another company and not attempt to use this company again! I wish there was a way to give less than one star, but unfortunately there isn't.

It is 3:56 pm on a Wednesday, March 19. There is a sign posted on the inside glass door that says closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30. Google says you're open. I drove 40 miles one way. Gas is $4.89 per gallon. Please update your Google Business Profile hours so that people don't come here hoping to do business when we clearly cannot.

Customer Service - zero stars for non existent. I ordered a fez box end of December as a gift and finally received it 2/17/24. Attempted to call multiple times, left email, voice-mail and tried to cancel via their website online but zero, and I mean ZERO response.Product Review - item arrived as described with two different plates for choice . Box looks well made and just like I hoped.If I ever order again, and I may, I will not expect any customer service (probably won't even attempt it) and, will allow plenty of time for it to arrive.Customer Service - easy fix

I have been waiting almost a month for, and order and neither The Company or USPS can give an answer... "George" says mailed out on the 24th, USPS says "never received the items, when we get them we will mail them out, contact the supplier" Spin the customer around like a top. This is not appropriate to the customer. We as the customer are paying for shipping and answers when packages don't come

They were better in the early 90s, you can't get anyone to respond to ur problem, there's no communication to let you know what's going on with ur order. I have a problem with a order I just received from them but I will fix it myself. Min. James
