They weren't able to repair my ring correctly, which they let me know. I understand and that is not the problem I have. In the process of trying to repair it, they lost two of my diamonds (they said it was only one but it wasnt), replaced them with smaller/lower quality and still charged me $70....even though the "repair" cost me more in the end to replace the diamonds they lost. I brought it to another jeweler who was able to repair no problem.
