purchase a AC unit through with four seasons had a 12 year contract. They allow four seasons to send out a representative which scam me out of money told me that I needed a hot water tank then I needed a coil for my AC unit .paid for the coil didn't realize that my coil had a 12 year warranty which had an additional five more years on them . Try to get my money back Home Depot side it with four seasons they agreed to give me 1500 back and charge me $1000 for coils in which I did not need and had insurance on I would not recommend Home Depot for any project needs, and definitely not four seasons scammers at their finest

The customer service here doesn't even deserve one star. Everyone is so unwelcoming and unwilling to work with you. I came with a tax exempt number and the lady in the self check out section was so rude and had the worst attitude. If you don't like helping people or don't know how to talk to customers don't work customer service

OMG! I can't tell if this is a employee performance problem or an overall organizational problem but this place needs work. I shouldn't have to circle the WHOLE store for assistance for a worker to tell me "I don't work in that area find someone else"! I got frustrated walked out and decided to place the order online for in store pick up. Another BIG mistake. I shouldn't have to wait 45 mins to pick up an order that was supposedly ready. The only thing that delivers good customer service is the minute key kiosk. Do better Home Depot!

Needed some pvc poles for a mesh fence im making for my vegetable garden in back, found the poles they cut them in half for me and found the mesh for the fence and the ties all in one place. And while I was there got some more vegetable plants. Love my home depot.

I'm at the curbside pickup area and there are people just using these spaces as regular parking spaces. It is clearly not enforced by management that these spaces remain open for customers that want their items brought to them curbside. Every time I come here, it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to help me in the store. However, today there was 1 spot open for curbside pickup. My item was brought out quickly, and the gentleman was very sweet. I appreciate it when anyone tells me to stay safe. It's the little things. Likewise, kind Sir. Be safe as well!

Should hire more people like Justin! I've spent thousands at this store and today Nov 28 2020I was loading some bags of concrete into my truck and this kid asks "may I help you sir? I meant to come sooner but had to finish with other customer". Some of these guys have seen me loading and never have asked to help. Good job Justin and thanks. Kudos to whoever hired the kid

I have yet to have a good experience at this Home Depot location. If you can ever find an employee, they are far too busy talking to each other to greet you, smile or ask if you need help finding anything. The cashiers have never asked "how are you" or said "thank you" and somehow they must all get breaks scheduled together because multiple times I have seen employees including "security" smoking cigarettes and listening to music on speakerphone directly in front of the store. Who allows this? Has corporate ever been here? Where is management? This store is a disgrace. Shame on you.
