Honestly, never been to a mechanic shop I want to pass by and say hello to during the middle of the week: My Honda works perfectly fine right now too! So instead just thinking of what a great institution we are lucky to have in our neighborhood that we can send our friends & family to visit if they need a hand. Miguel & his team are knowledgeable, kind, transparent, & care for the people in the community. By nature, you dont enjoy going to a mechanic shop, but at Garcia”s Auto Parts, Tire, & Service YOU DO. But even if you have to invest in your vehicle for care, they do the best to make sure you feel confident & ensure they will be doing the best work to care for you & your vehicle. Appreciate the work they do & will always return.

Wonderful place, fair prices and they’re always thorough and happy to answer any questions. Huge help as always! Recently got some strut/shock work done and they had everything done in a timely manner with recommendations etc.

This shop got me in on a Friday afternoon to quickly patch a small nail hole in my Audi tire for $25. Shop seems clean and professional. Glad I found them and that they were nearby.

Garcia’s is always genuinely helpful & I always feel confident that the work that’s done on my car (big or small) is something that NEEDED to be done vs. going to the dealership & feeling robbed after a simple oil change. The fact that Miguel gave me solid advice today about my car AND as I was leaving, acknowledged the 5 star rating (I definitely forgotten that I gave a few days ago?) is the kind of customer service I didn’t know I needed! Tray/shield under my car came loose and needed to be reattached or removed because it was scraping on the ground. The friendly staff were able to squeeze me into the schedule that day and got the job done for a super reasonable price. If I lived in the city, I’d absolutely trust them to take care of my car maintenance and repairs. My daughter uses them - she recommended and uses them. Thanks!

Great place! I was able to get in same day for an oil change plus maintenance check. They called within 30min to share their recommendations, I ended up getting a filter and wipers replaced too. Super fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Definitely my new go-to car spot.

Didn't use their services but they were nice guys and answered the phones promptly though they could've been a bit more clear that they didn't have tires in stock. This was my first and only time going to shop in Chicago for the few years I lived there so I really just randomly picked based on reviews. Would recommend.
