I absolutely love this location in my area! All of the staff members work very hard, know their products, and their services are a 10 out of 10 for me. They help with all of my gaming needs and everything else I need to get in the store. That includes games, gift cards, Pop Funko Dolls, merchandise, and more. I do wish the store could have more Yu-Gi-Oh cards available because I'm a competitive Yu-Gi-Oh player and would love to get my products their before I go to an OTS official tournament store, or TCGPlayer to get them. Other than that, I love this location. All of the employees deserve raises, promotions, higher pay, and more. Can GameStop bring back customer surveys so that it can help the store regarding growth and points, etc? I'd fill them out 24/7 if that means the employees and store can benefit from it. This store gets a 10 out of 10, 100 out of 100 from me, DADGUMIT!!

The employees ruin the GameStop experience. They’re very judgmental and condescending. You’re better off making the trip to a nicer area.

Amazing placed order online at like 3am it was ready for pick up about time they opened I literally walked in gave my name showed ID and was on my way no more than 3 mins and great customer service

Multiple malfunctioning ps5 controllers have been sold to me. Their return/exchange policy is ridiculous. Basically if you open the box you forfeit the warranty. Even if the contents are not working. So everytime the faulty controllers were brought back within the past 3 days a new warranty had to be bought. After speaking with corporate they informed me the policy has not been enforced correctly. At this point this location will no longer get our business.

Easily the best customer service I got in a GameStop. Came in for an online pickup and the guy knew about the promotions unlike a lot of GameStops. I live a block from one and most of the time they don’t know about it or just claim they never got it. Wanted to give Rodney a good review since he definitely deserved it but I couldn’t since it was an online order so I’ll spread the word with this review.
