A Mixed Bag Experience at GameStop
GameStop is undeniably a haven for gamers, and this particular location lives up to the reputation with its spacious layout and extensive selection. Walking through the aisles, there's an excitement in discovering new games and accessories, making each visit an adventure in itself.
The store's size is impressive, allowing ample space for browsing without feeling cramped, and the variety of products ensures there's something for every gamer's taste. Whether you're into consoles, PC gaming, or collectibles, this GameStop has you covered.
However, while the store itself is a delight to explore, the experience with the staff can be hit or miss. While some employees are knowledgeable and eager to assist, others seem less invested in providing helpful service.
My recent encounter with an employee left much to be desired when I sought information about Xbox. Unfortunately, I was met with a lack of expertise and was informed that the staff member's preference lay with PlayStation. This experience highlighted a gap in knowledge that could be improved upon.
Despite this, GameStop remains a go-to destination for gaming needs. With its vast inventory and the potential for discovering hidden gems, it's a place worth visiting for any gaming enthusiast. With a bit more consistency in staff knowledge and assistance, it could elevate the overall experience even further.

Don't purchase protection plans here they change them after you purchase them making them useless, basically stealing your money. Go elsewhere.

Don't spend money here on protection plans or anything really, they will change the plan without informing you making it useless. Customer service is horrible and the employees are high as hell. Whole place smelled like a dispensary.

Stolen itemPurchased a game online to pick up in store. Was never able to pick it up but someone at the store checked that it was picked up.Went into the store was told by Dominic there was nothing he could do and to call customer service.Customer service was a pain to get a hold of but basically told me someone at the store more than likely stole it and that they need to do an investigation. It could take up to a week to find out what their reply is or I could go into the store and have them look it up. I informed Ernesto at customer service that Dominic told me there wasn't anything he could do.Will edit when I hear back from gamestop

The store overall is ok , they usually have all games ,and everything else related to the store , but the service is kind of słów one person is on the register and the other two just walking around and act like they doing something while people wait in the line for at least 30 min or more
