Always great to go into a brick and motar business. Especially GameStop. Their display is always in organized. Never had a hard time finding a game. The staff is super helpful.I took my 5yr old for the first time. She was excited ?. All the Mario and Kirby stuffies and gaming memorabilia. The convenience of buying online is ok. But it's still good to get out and shop great deals in store.

The staff here was very rude, staff's here makes up their own rules about returning items, One employee was telling me about returning and than the only employee over heard and said something totally different, So idk I was super confused on that whole situation. The last time I was there a another employee was telling me something different about returning items and said if they aren't working here right now than that doesn't apply..

It's good to still have a GameStop in the area even though the Prices can be a *bit* dodgy. The staff on hand the day I went in were helpful and friendly. Doesn't seem as bad as it once was before.

If you want to buy records and want to return them, do not pay for the membership because they will not change it if you do not have an Illinois ID.

I came in today, October 4 1:50pm purchased two games and two pop collectibles. I came home to play the games but I couldn’t the sales person Giallo Gave me two of the same games one with no CD game inside and one with the game both similar covers so I had to go all the way back. Get my game in a 30 minute drive to get my correct game salesman Diallo did not give me an apology for driving 30 minutes back. His coworker was the one apologizing when he didn’t had to not coming back here Diallo may mess up my day again and I’m not looking forward for that..
