The GameStop team was awesome to work with. My wife wanted to trade in her old Nintendo switch for the new oled. Everything went perfectly and the team made good suggestions and chat.

The young man behind the counter was fantastic! Super helpful, great sales person and really taking pride in his work. As a former retail employee, I was very pleasantly surprised to find such an enthusiastic and diligent worker. Kudos! Best GameStop experience ever!

wanted to look at games a bit longer but the dudes behind the counter were guilt tripping some little kid’s mom for like 5 solid for not having a rewards account with them. could not take no for an answer and it was really uncomfortable so we left. rancid vibes all around tbh

Best gamestop hands down. It makes me sad to see impatient customers write bad reviews about a store with employees trying their best. LIke chill out Karens your kid can wait a few more minutes for their Just Dance game lol

very unprofessional. i put a RESERVATION ON A GAME AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT ONCE THE GAME IS RELEASED THAT I ONLY HAVE 48 HOURS RESERVATION. ALSO TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SAID THEY CANNOT TAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE. I AM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER AT THE MOMENT. I WORK IN RETAIL AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT. REALLY ANGRY AT THE MOMENT. I BUY FROM GAMESTOP ALL THE TIME. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY.
