Had my mother’s iPhone screen fixed here- took a few days and cost about $150. Not even a month later, the phone screen was shattered by dropping it on carpet with a case. When we asked how much to replace, they want another $130 for a screen that cost Pennie’s to the dollar on Amazon. Cheap replacement screens and highly overpriced for services. This is truly taking advantage of people. We called another local replacement shop and was quoted $80, with full replacement for 6 months of screen cracks.

If I could I would give it 000000 stars, people I don't like these charlatans the only thing they are looking for is money......I have had a terrible experience, they call themselves technical but they are not, the authorities should check that place if they are really qualified for this job and they also kept my SIM card 😡😡😡😡😡

I would like to participate in this part as a customer of this place.
This review is related to the previous one, I was present in the store when that event happened and at no time did they treat you badly, they also gave you the choice of what price you wanted to pay to fit your budget and you said 100 dollars. And yet I ended up being dissatisfied with the price you set yourself.
I think it is not valid to discredit when a place gives us good service, and it is sad to want them to give us their work and effort and if that is not the case we give bad reviews.
100% recommended, excellent service and good prices. Of course if we have to pay.

CAREFUL! When carrying your phones, do not let them take them out of your eyes. I went to activate my new Samsung galaxy and they changed the battery with another old battery! I didn't realize until after a few days that I had it checked because the battery was draining too quickly.

My friend S. Olivares has been a loyal customer to these guys for a while an is always telling me an anyone that has issues to go here. His words: The staff isincredible. Reasonable pricing very detailed on the work done an excellent communication with all his customers including him. Nit too many businesses do that an this is why I will always keep coming back here.

The technicians were not nice, they fix my computer but they didn't even call me to tell me the price. When I called them to ask what happened they price the work. And they told me I had to pay even if I didn't know the price. After a big argument, they reduce the price but not much. The owner apologizes to me but I am not happy with the service. I use to be a good customer but I don't know if I am gonna come back after this.
