Greg was helpful, the process was simple, and the delivery was excellent. Greg did not try to upsell us and guided us to the best choices for our needs. The prices were lower than Wayfair and the fee was reasonable for an incredibly convenient delivery. The inventory on the floor was limited, but futons are pretty straightforward, so it was an easy choice. We were in and out of the store in twenty minutes. Greg then gave us a one-hour delivery window for an appointment three days later (all unheard of in superstore land) and on the day of, called to confirm and was even able to deliver a little early! The whole delivery, from arrival to departure, was only half an hour and was super professional and easy. The installation staff were very kind and courteous, and they efficiently disposed of all the packaging and made sure I knew how to adjust the futon between bed and couch, which I appreciated.
It’s refreshing to work with a small business where you know who you’re working with and they come when they say they will without hassle or middleman. Overall, an easy, efficient, and convenient process - would recommend!

I was reluctant to buy a futon online. Luckily, there's a store just for futons! I was able to try out the different mattresses available and see the difference in the frames. Service was excellent and all my questions were answered. Prices weren't bad either. They were quick to deliver and get it set up. Everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about the quality of some mystery futon online. Pro-tip: parking is difficult. Take public transit or get dropped off. It is totally worth it!

I was in dire need of a futon right away. I called Futons- N-More and they had two models in stock. I was coming after work and live in the far southwest suburbs. Greg was very helpful and offered to stay open past closing. I got there, got it in my car and was on my way home in 45 minutes. It was really easy to put together and we had it set up in 1 hour.

Thank you to all of you that reviewed this place. We just moved to area and needed a bed TODAY after sleeping on a very uncomfortable air mattress last night. We went in and Greg was so friendly and willing to give us a great deal. Initially we were wanting a king size but after seeing how fast we could get the queen size we jumped on it. The bed was delivered within 2 hours. Set up was a breeze, delivery very professional and friendly. Go here for your bedding needs!

Recommendations for Indian/Asian friends..Al those who are accustomed to sleeping on hard mattress, you may try out the futon mattress from this shop which is foam and cotton based.

Disclaimer: I haven't had many experiences shopping for futons, but Futons-n-More has been the best futon experience. We were looking for a good wood frame for our son, who had previously found a good deal on a used futon a few months ago, but that deal went sour when the metal frame sheared off in two places. Greg was incredibly patient and helpful with us, an ideal salesperson who knows his product and doesn't try to oversell his merchandise. We went with the all-wood frame, for durability and looks. He also helped us load the frame (2 large boxes) into our vehicle, though he didn't need to, but we appreciated his assistance. The frame assembled relatively easily with multiple people, even as unskilled as we might've been. The final product looks and feels sturdy and attractive, and I felt like we paid a decent price for it. I recommend this business!
