They are running a fraudulent operation. I got their monthly membership and cancelled it a month later and they kept charging my card for another 8 months! Every time you call them they don't own to to what was discussed before and say they don't know who or what was discussed earlier. Hope they go out of business.

Do not get the tire shine. They put way too much on qnd it ended up spraying all over the sides of my car when I drove right after. Also the drying time is EXTREMELY short, so prepare to leave with a soaked car or dry it yourself. Never had to wait in a line though, which is appreciated.

DO NOT BUY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FROM THIS CAR WASH, THEY WON'T LET YOU CANCEL. I bought the membership but overtime decided I don't use it enough, so after a month I wanted to cancel, and I just can't do it. I told the employee I wanted to cancel, and he kept telling me that it's a good deal, and it's not worth cancelling. I had to beg him to cancel, and he took my license plate and said he will do it, but I'm still getting charged. Not to mention that when I first got it I told another employee that I wanted it only for the month, but he still didn't listen and made it a reoccurring charge. I will keep going there and try to cancel, but not sure what else I can do?

Do the monthly package. It's an excellent value. The workers are always pleasant, and the wash does a great job all four seasons!

It cleaned the side and top of my car nicely but the front is still covered in bugs and the back is dusty. I paid for the high pressure wash so to still have easily rinsed dirt on the car is disappointing. Free vacuums saved it from a 1 star review.

Stopped using them since my car every single time for the last 3 month are dirty after the service. Crew have no intentions to even simulate work or clean anything, rude during entrance to the box.

Very unprofessional on customer service. They try to remove customers belongings from the vehicle without consent. Their vacuums doesn’t work good and most of them are outdated.

This car wash put a 3” gouge, down to the metal in the side of my brand new truck bed. When I contacted them to figuout a resolution they denied responsibility and lied about their policies. Avoid this mess like the plague if you care about your vehicle even a little bit.

The newer cars especially the Tesla’s will automatically going into park mode. Which makes it difficult to go through the car wash.
After realizing this I had my car in neutral, hands off the steering wheel, foot off the break. The car wash was still not working properly. They pushed my car through still covered in soap. I spoke to the manager and he was incredibly rude and would not let me go through the car wash again. He said it was my fault. I spoke to the gentleman who was working the wash and he said this happens all the time!! He told me to call and complain to the manager. Which I did and the manager hung up the phone on me??

My car needed a cleaning! The basic fix a fine enough job and the vacuums were very helpful. It’s tricky to drive out of though because careful with the traffic!

Not qorh the $17 when it does not even clean the bug guts off my front windshield. When I tried to find someone to help, no one was around. Very not worth it.
