The girls who made the appointment were great. They answered all my questions as best as they could, even their advice was good. Buuut the vet that works there is very mean, negative and rude. Scolding me and making me feel bad about my senior dog. I don't think any vet is allowed to make the owner feel even sadder when given the news of their dying dog. The vet needs ro learn compassion empathetic skills. That was unacceptable and disgusting as a human being. Never met a vet as cold as him. Never coming back.

I was trying to schedule a visit for feline vaccines, but the lady that answered hung up on me. I was confused about requiring a physical just to get vaccines done. I was about to explain that my cats have already recently had their annual physical, and only need their rabies vaccines updated, but before I could get a word in, she got frustrated and hung up without saying goodbye or anything. Wow. Glad to know ahead of time before wasting my time and money on this place, and I'm extremely glad to find out about this behavior before giving my $75 deposit over the phone. I'm honestly not even surprised that their website is offline. What a shame.

If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would in a heartbeat. This is my puppy Suki, she was diagnosed with parvo at only 2months old because where we saved her from, they didn’t vaccinate their puppies. Once my family and I told the clinic they did everything in their power to help us and to save her life. My dog loves and remembers all of the staff that took care of her. She always gets excited when she sees them now. I am sooo thankful to them for saving her. I thank them so much because now she’s healthy, happy, and will live a long life. Thank you so much, I don’t know where she would be today without you guys?
She also has a heart on her stomach that I recently noticed ? thank you for giving her the tools to combat the virus and for giving her a second chance at life.

Excellent service for the pet as well as for the owner. The Dr. is very kind and understanding and the assistant ladies alike… I highly recommend it and I love the bilingual service.

I’ve been coming to this vet clinic for years my dog is 13 now and she’s been going since she was 4 and Doctor Hernandez and his team are very professional and they answer all the questions I have!! Will definitely recommend this place to all my people.

Claims to want to charge less but you never get the full exam that you would get somewhere else and he always adds fees with bloodwork or some type of tests. For example, on an annual checkup, he walks in, looks at the dog, feels up and down spine and asks if there are any concerns. Doesn’t check ears doesn’t check legs doesn’t check eyes or stomach and just doesn’t do what other vets do when performing an annual exams.
Medication fees seem to be based on how he feels on any given day. He is all over the place with what he charges from one refill to the next with no rhyme or reason.
He requires more frequent visits just to refill meds - such as allergy meds. In my case my dog has been on the same allergy meds since I adopted her over 7 years ago. My prior vet only required that the pet be seen within a year- not these guys, they will require 6 month visits then charge way more for meds.
I have been there and been put in a room with dog feces that they do not pick up prior to entering the room.
If you call and express issues with the process or fees they are rude and will not provide a valid reason other than it is how they do things. The vet went as far as to tell me I could go somewhere else - he could care less about keeping his customers/patients.
As I read in many other reviews, he is quick to tell you how poorly you care for your pet for any little thing. It’s almost like he wants you to feel guilty right off the bat so you don’t question the poor service or fees.
I’m going back to my old vet - I will pay a little more but I will feel more at ease knowing that my babies are being taken care of properly.
I don’t recommend anyone using this vet!

We have three cats, and all three have had amazing treatment from this clinic multiple times. They have amazing bedside manner, fair pricing for treatments, and are always clear on providing options for treatments. I have recommended them to many of my friends.

My uncle (owner of 3 dogs at the time) recommended Dr. Martin Hernandez @ Fullerton animal clinics 14 year's ago when I got 2 cockapoo puppies, Wrigley and Gracie .
We've been going to him ever since ??.
Last year Gracie after 13 years past away. I had to rush her to the clinic near closing time. Dr.Martin waited for Gracie and I after closing time and let us in. We had to say goodbye to Gracie that night. Dr was understanding ,supportive and didn't rush me out. Will always be grateful for that.
Wrigley is 14 and doing Great. We now have a knew puppy Rubi and she will be coming here for all her veterinary care aswell.

I took my cat here for a second opinion on a serious matter, and they did so much better of a job than my original vet. My business will be here from now on. Dr. Hernandez and his crew were so accommodating and welcoming, helping my partner and I through difficult decisions and walking us through each step. I wish I had transferred here years ago.

I have 2 new puppies and the doctors and staff definitely made their first year of care super easy. Not only were scheduling and the procedures quick and easy but the entire staff was eager to answer my many questions about new pup care. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.
