October 1st 2023: Friendly Wash is my favorite place to go to do laundry. The ladies that work there are SO friendly, kind and accomodating. If you need a cup for quaters from the machine, a key to the washroom or a chair to sit in because your disabled, they are quick to get it. The only thing I'd improve on is the place could use more seats, but they accomodate you if your an older person and disabled. I just ask politely and have always gotten a seat...The employees here are wonderful and although an occasional machine or two may be out, 99.9% of the machines works and are up and running. This is the best laundry mat to come to compared to local laundry mats in the neighboorhood where the laundry machines are all out and they don't clean regularly....this is a very clean facility by the way. Not much food in the vending machine, but that is a small price to pay for the top notch service. I come here to do laundry, not to snack..so I don't mind the snack vending machine. Their is soda at least and a convience store across the street.... UPDATE OCTOBER 31st, 2023: Friendly Wash got a new vending machine, and it's packed with a wonderful array of chips, candy, snacks and beverages. What an exciting addition to the business!

I highly recommend this place. They have a variety of machines in many sizes. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Theres plenty of parking and the prices are cheaper compared to other places near the area.

This place doesn't even deserve a One star. First of all the machines never work the dryers don't work, Second of all most of the workers are very rude Today I had a horrible experience One of the laundry Mat workers took my clothes out of the washer without my permission and when i asked why because I was confused and upset which I have a right to be All she did was give me attitude Which she always has everytime I come to wash my clothes . And lastly she will hog up dryers and washers she will put a singular shirt so it'll be there for her when she wants it which is bullshit because if i am a paying customer i should be given the opportunity to wash/dry my clothes

Love this place and the staff. One suggestion I would add is when you get orders for drop off, you should make sure to keep that in a certain are and you usually do. I went in to do laundry and the staff had taken up all of the big washers in both sides for a big order, turning people like me around for tomorrow and next week. Not good for paying customers under time constraints. This is the first time this has happened to me and I am a regular customer.

A do it yourself or drop off service laundromat.The have long hours for drop off laundry.Very friendly and attentive service.The laundry comes back neatly folded and well cleaned.I have been using Friendly Wash for over 6 years.They always do a great job..
