Prices are different in the shelf than what they charge you, be aware and they gave you a hard time
At the cashier.
I used love this store but not anymore.
Poor custumer care!

Shop here often, even more often to shop orders for Shipt customers. Deli employee at 11:40am today had headphones in. Headphones aren’t appropriate for the food industry as they can fall into the food. Secondly, they can affect your ability to hear. Asked clearly for a half pound of boars head ovengold turkey. He then asks “a pound?” To which I said half pound, then he asked the brand again.
He hands over a pound and argues me down about what he heard; takes the half pound out and hands it over with lots of attitude. Corrective action is suggested.

The staff at Fresh Thyme provide excellent customer service! Shout out to Fred in produce for always offering a helpful hand, highlighting the best deals, and offering great suggestions. I will be trying a Santa Claus melon for the first time today! Mark in the meat department was very patient and kindly answered all of my questions. I was also really impressed by the staff who were stocking shelves. Many of them appeared to be younger but still displayed work ethic, positivity, and were quick to offer a helpful hand with locating items, etc. Teams like these turn customers into regulars!

Great location for Fresh Thyme!
Lot's of "Locally Made in Illinois" Products.
Chicago based Kombuchade is sold here in their new cans- Kombuchade+
Kombuchade+ is located in the cooler at the front of the store.
Walk in and turn right for some Cold and Refreshing Kombuchade+ with Electrolytes.

I thought this place was kind of a rip off price wise (7 bucks for tortillas, 4 bucks for a tiny bag of tortilla chips). The produce is nice enough. All things considered, I would rather go to Aldi, Jewel, or Mariano’s for basic groceries of Fresh Market Place or Whole Foods for fancy groceries. I can’t think of one thing this place does better than other grocery stores.

It’s ok. Some produce are not as fresh. Cool selection of supplements etc. and some vegan / healthier options. Mostly pretty regular stuff. Good wide selection with a little bit of healthier options.
