customer service was great at first when I brought my iPhone SE in. They advised that I dont get my phone fixed because It wasn't worth my money , and suggested that I look into a plan to finance a new phone : ) . However, the second time I brought my XR in , they fixed it without my consent , and at first , I didn't mind at all, especially since they offered to put it back the way it was. The only issue is that my volume buttons didnt reset my phone , and the touch screen was unresponsive. I brought it back to have it put back the way it was so I could get my money back, they kindly agreed to refund me. The blonde lady un-specifically said come back tomorrow , so I came back an hour after they opened the next day.I stated that I needed my money since they had my phone , and couldn't come back and forth as the lady mentioned " come back tomorrow " and did not specify a time. My mother saw that I was having issues getting my money back from outside , and as embarrassing as she was , I love her because she felt that I was being taken advantage of ( which I did not want to admit ) , and she stood up for me. I do not like disputes at all , but it's unfortunate that things resulted in my mother having to yell at the lady and call the police because she didnt call the technician. While I had every right to be mad, I didnt want to be, these people are trying to make a living and I respect that, i just didnt like how the lady didnt understand me even though she said she did. I needed my money and phone as vaguely promised by the " come back tomorrow ". Out of no where whilst my mother is yelling at the lady , she calls the technician ( after saying she was busy) and he comes down , puts a new screen on my phone for free , while giving me my money. For the inconsistency , thats what I was owed , and I appreciated that. I apologize to the business because I know my mother came off as rude , and though they may deny my apology out of pure honesty for future customers who do care about their service , I thank them for refunding me , and I thank the brown-haired kind lady for the re assurance before hand when she said " we want you to be happy with your phone " and though at the end through the unfortunate set of events , I was. Terrible place to fix your phone please don’t go here, I originally went in for a screen repair on my iPhone 13 which was about $120 which I thought was a reasonable price but not even 2 weeks pass by and my screen started peeling and coming off of the display, I didn’t think much of it until I left my phone charging overnight one day and it made the phone go completely black, I went back to the store and asked the owner about it to which he proceeded to take off my screen protector without asking and said all it needed was a forced restart because it went into lockdown mode and at the end he charged me $5 for another protector. A month goes by and the screen starts dying in certain places making the phone look horrible! I went to go fix it somewhere else to which they had told me the screen that was put on my phone was bottom of the line, prone to breaking and they had even put it on incorrectly not removing the plastic that comes with the screen inside.

This Is a terrible establishment. Please don't give them a dime! They kept my phone for over a week in regards to a screen repair. Then the charge was ridiculously over priced! Then once I picked the phone up to pay with my credit card he told me it would be a additional 20$. He's cheating people and the lady there was rude as well she has on glasses they gave me my device dead. Please let's get this place shut down

The owner yelled at me and spoke to me in a despotic and rude manner in front of other customers just because I told him I didn't want a screen protector if that's the way he's going to treat a customer he better not have business.

They have a booth at the Ashland swaporama. We happened to be there to buy herbs and plants. Sergio helped us and installed a new iPhone screen to replace the damaged and cracked one. Service was great but the wait time was long. It was still extremely beneficial to have the iPhone fixed on the spot.
