I recently visited the Free People store, and overall, it was just okay? The clothes are great—stylish and high-quality, exactly what I was looking for. However, the store itself was just average, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me
The atmosphere was pleasant, and everything was well-organized, but nothing particularly stood out. The staff was friendly and helpful, which definitely added to the experience. If you're looking for trendy and well-made clothing, Free People is a good place to check out?

My wife dragged me into this store. Came here and helped picked out a couple of outfits for her. Overall the selection wasn't bad. Prices are really high even on the most basic of clothing. Staff and changing rooms were great too. Overall, very casual experience.

Hands down my absolute favorite store on the planet. This is my version of going to Disneyland. The ladies in the store are so amazing. I end up wandering in 10 minutes before close so often and they still continue make it a therapeutic shopping experience. ❤❤❤

Located near the coast it occupies a very beautiful modern building. Shopping areas are located on several floors around a central atrium which is equipped with glass elevator shafts. It will be interesting to visit the shops of famous yound designers who will please with an acceptable level of prices. Visitors with children will be interested in the toy stores and attractions located here.

I've been coming to this mall for a long time. It really is quite beautifully decorated for each holiday season. The glass elevators are so majestic. The stores in the mall range from every day stores to high end stores. Some of the stores charge for a bag when you purchase something which I have never encountered anywhere but here. The staff does ask the customer right away if this wish to purchase a bag. There was ample security and everything was clean.

My experience with this location has been awesome for the most part. The two store leaders TORI AND BECCA both know their stuff and are very accommodating to my purchasing POWER NEEDS!! My complaint comes from the Customer Service side of this operation and the Delivery side both are big fat utter disasters!!! Every purchase I have made and this woman has spent a considerable amount with FP since discovering them back in May of 2020. Every purchase has been delivered so late and every express delivery has never been delivered express - except the lasts purchase. The customer service side is never helpful and seem clueless on how to resolve a customers issue or complaint. Love this store and I am a big fan of their merchandise, but the issues surrounding incompetent CSA and COURIERS needs to be corrected immediately. I have spent way too much money for these problems to continue and with RETAILERS filing CHAPER TEN PROTECTIONS everywhere due to the Pandemic. I can only hope that stores (FP) like this and customers like myself with complaints such as these get fixed before it is too late!! Five Stars for the STORE but the three stars ⭐️ is for the warehouse - CSA - Couriers.
