Walked in to return a pair of jeans and the lovely employee quickly asked for my size and handed me 2 pairs of jeans she thought I would love...she was right, I purchased one of them. Thank you and I hope to see you again next time!

This is a shout out to Dylan! Thank you so much for being wonderful and processing an order over the phone for me. Wonderful customer service! Background: I had a merch credit and it couldn't be used online and I am nowhere near a Free People location that had the item I wanted. Hope to visit the store someday.
