Very nice small store for Free People with friendly staff to assist you. The store is very organized and clean.Due to the size of the store the assortment is limited, (almost) no shoes.

I don't expect to be fawned over but nobody ever checked on me. I had to re-dress to get bras that fit better under the top and a different size myself. I was actually interested in a cute jumpsuit, tank, and bra but their lack of service made me choose otherwise. And I was the only one in the store- If you want a sale attend to your customers.

Awful experience at this location. I walked in with no greeting, I was being watched with less than warm looks from the girls working. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave, reluctantly I came back a few hours later hoping for a better experience. Nope. I walked in a second time and the associate who was 4 feet from me, staring directly at me didn't say a word. It's time to retrain staff because clearly there is a problem.

Love this location. It's beautiful and I feel like they carry the version of Free People style that isn't too much or too "out there" and is very approachable. The staff is friendly, but easy-going. A must shop on Southport!
