FYI—this shop is closed! I loved going to Franko for my necklace repairs but unfortunately, last time I went in January 2024, there was a sign on the door announcing he has closed indefinitely.

Stopped in this morning, was in and out in 15 min with a brand new leather strap for my watch! A bit tucked away, on the 12th floor, but be clearly knows what he's doing

Found by reviews this great jewelry and repairman! I have been there several times for watch battery replacement, watch band replacement, watch glass face replacement and sterling silver earrings repaired! Was totally satisfied with all work! I will keep going back and have referred him to friends!!
