I sometimes come on my lunch break to see if there's a cute dress. It's hit or miss, but I have found some great items in the past! Today I was looking for a dress for a Christmas party and tried one on; it didn't fit right and the sleeves were weird.I asked to get my parking validated and they said only with a purchase (never happened before). Terrible policy because now I'll never come back because I don't want to be forced to buy something. Lost a customer.

very rude customer service. I can't believe they don't do even exchanges here. I was just exchanging a sweater for a bigger size and I had to pay a 15 dollar difference because they had a new promotion going on? unbelievable. if i got something at a certain price and i'm exchanging not returning, for a bigger size why would i have to pay the price difference?

Came to the store at 1:35pm and saw the sign said they were on lunch. I waited and came back at 2:40pm and no one was here. There were other people waited as well. Please post your lunch hours or the returning time so we don’t have to wait in the heat. It was quite unprofessional and the management should look into this.

Horrible customer service. Store employee may have been having a bad day I don't know. But she was completely rude and inappropriate at the time of a return. Tried to give me a merchandise credit, with a receipt. Don't shop here!

They welcomed me as soon I walked in and announced that most of the jewelry was buy one get the other half off, still a bit pricy but I'd say it's worth it for Mother's Day, best friend day or just for yourself!! They clothing is super cute and they had all sizes. Would definitely come back for a new ring!

Was in search for a cure festival top to wear at Lolla, I stopped in here briefly before checking out H&M but didn't see anything in the store that was to my liking. Upon exiting, one of the store clerks says have a good day, but instead of looking me in my eyes with a smile she just stares at my hands that are holding nothing but my phone and keys. As a woman of color I experience this annoyance in many stores, but lately I have decided to leave comments for these types of businesses so other buyers can beware.

This was my favorite Francesca's to go shopping. I always found great dresses and blouses there, but over the last 6!months and I can't find anything. The selection it's not great like what it used to be as well the costumer service which that's the reason why I used to shop there. The associates were so helpful now they bearly help you to find items or check items on the back. Also, they never have more sizes. Always running out of sizes as well and bringing very similar styles. Now, I have to drive to the one on Lincoln Park or Rosemont.

I usually have pretty good experiences here, but today was bothersome. The ladies were at first very friendly, and told me about their mix and match buy one get one 40% off deal. I spent a while trying to find 4 items, pairing them by similar price. I was talking about how I was going to pair them for the discount, and she said that the like most items (by price) would get paired, so I thought great! Then I leave and look at the receipt and realize that only two of my four items received that discount, and that they were the two lowest priced items. I come back and now the ladies aren't as friendly and try to convince me that I got what was expected. I read the fine print on the mix and match sign and find that it says the discount applies to the two lowest priced items. Since they didn't tell me this, they say they will apply the discount "the way I want" "as a courtesy". Then they mess it up and have to apply the discount differently. Ugh. But I really wanted the stuff so I whatever.

I love this boutique. The people are friendly, helpful, and don't pressure me to shop. I'm able to wander and to take my time. Of course, I love the clothing and jewelry. It's my go-to place for fun, inexpensive outfits.
