My visits to francesca's have been disappointing due to consistently rude staff. The staff rarely greet customers with a smile or show basic courtesy. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to create a more welcoming environment.

The ladies in the reception are very rudevery bad customer servicei was about to buy some stuff but due to their looks i came out of the store

Store is advertising everything in the store is $35. Grab a coat hanging under the sign and was told it was not $35 but 30% off.
