The service was friendly but the low stars come from consistently getting drinks that just aren’t good. I ordered a hibiscus tea and it tasted nothing like any hibiscus I had before. It tasted like plastic and grass. I’ve been disappointed in their matches as well. It’s too overpriced for the mediocrity.

The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Hands down my favorite place in Lincoln Park.

I am a regular here and must I say the manager is absolutely atrocious. She’s always talking very rudely to her employees and come to find out she’s like this with pretty much everybody there. The store is poorly stocked and is always a mess now. Very chaotic.

Barista was nice and my drink was good. There was some street parking. There wasn’t really any seating though other than the limited seating inside Jeni’s ice cream (which was connected to this foxtrot)

No other way to say it- the staff is flat out rude. They do not take cash, and if you’re gifted a gift card you apparently have to download their app and load the physical gift card you were given on to the app. Pretentious and overrated.

Interesting selection of gourmet and high-end foods. Lovely bouquets of flowers near the register. I purchased a cold brow which was very good. However, at the register, I was given a nasty look by the employee while being told I wasn't able to pay with cash. My friend who was with me said she thought I was being treated with a bad aditude, and decided not to make a purchase after seeing my interaction. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Typically has a pretty decent selection of overmarked pantry foods. Made a big mistake of purchasing freshly sliced fruits..bigger mistake to offer it first to my toddler. It tasted foul and fermented. Either past expiration or had gone off. Brought this to the attention of front desk worker who seemed unfazed.

It was a great decision for me to start my day here at the Foxtrot. I ordered their avocado toast and cold brew, and they were so fulfilling and satisfying! The avocado toast was freshly made, and the cold brew tastes great. Most of their items are locally made and served fresh. They also have a wide variety of baked goods, hot and cold drinks, and other grocery items to choose from, which I plan to try and buy this coming weekend. One thing to take note of is that the products here are a bit more expensive than those at other convenience stores, but they are worth the price, considering the quality and great service. What a gratifying way to start my day!

This is what a corner store should be like! I love this place. Good ice cream good to-go foods, coffee, bakery, wine and tons of quality items you can actually put into your body.

I will say I like the concept of Foxtrot and I like the brand itself. I have discovered some awesome brands that I buy regularly now. I also like the options for breakfast and lunch. However, if this is your first time at foxtrot I would definitely recommend going to a different location than the one on armitage as the selection is a little limited and to be honest there is a staff member there that I have consistently received kind of bad service from. I consistently went there for about three months because I was convinced she was just going through something, but every morning she acted like I was an inconvenience to be there, and that I was lucky to be able to even like buy things there. Honestly that's not how I want to start my morning. So I have stopped going now. Love foxtrot, just not this location.

Repeatedly rude staff that have made coffee orders incorrectly multiple times. For example this iced americano looks like iced tea and tastes like water. I’ve asked to have it remade in the past and have gotten an eye roll. Go across the street to La Colombe for better drinks and a positive service experience!
