I recommend any seller that gets a buyer & a pre approval letter from this company to stay away from, go to the next contract, save yourself some time, stress and money. Very unprofessional office, Luis Flores which does not answer any of his calls, emails or texts. We signed a contract in early September and finally closed the deal over 3 months later. After getting the owner involved Bob, we finally closed. I would go on and on with this review, soo many negative things about this company. Stay Away!!
