They’re always closed. They have the open sign on the door during the time they’re suppose to be open and they’re actually closed. Too many times I’ve came here it says they’re open and they close their shop. It’s irritating because it’s at such a bad intersection so good luck trying to back up and get out of there again.

Outside of car looked great after a wash, but the inside was somehow worse than when I got there. The most basic wash says it includes vacuuming for the interior, but a vacuum was never brought out at all the entire time I was there, and there was also some sort of leaves/twigs inside (my car spends 99% of its time in a city garage, no way it was from somewhere else). Must have not used fresh towels for the interior and it came from another car.

At one point this place was good but not anymore. My wife took one of our cars over to clean it before winter storage and they never cleaned the inside. She did not pay attention to what was going on but she should not have to. I get in the car a few days later and I can tell the inside was never touched. Used to go here all the time but last 2 times were TERRIBLE. Poor service and LOW quality work. Never again and you should NOT go here.Unbelievable. Response as bad as the service. Get a reply to "email" info and they do not have any email, or any account to contact them through, only phone without voicemail. They do not open on time and depending on the weather, and apparently how they feel that day, do not open at all. I understand when it is raining but my wife was inconvenienced twice on different days when it was not raining trying to get this done and only got excuses. Idiocracy.
