We could not be happier with how our floors turned out. Greg, Ana, and their team were extremely honest, professional, and efficient. Their prices were very fair and they had everything done within a week after we received the quote. Will absolutely recommend them for any flooring needs.

Floormaxx was scheduled to refinish our staircase on a Wednesday, and we were told the work would take one day to complete. On Tuesday afternoon, Ana from Floormaxx texted me to ask if they could reschedule for Thursday or Friday. This presented a major inconvenience to my wife, who had to rearrange her schedule to accommodate the change. We were then told that their crew would arrive between 8-8:30 AM. They finally arrived 45 minutes late, at around 9:15 AM, which caused my wife to be late to work. Two men arrived, neither of whom spoke or understood a single word in English, so my wife was unable to effectively communicate with them. They also appeared to have no idea what the job entailed. They were looking and pointing at our floor, when my wife pointed them towards the staircase, which was what they were supposed to refinish. After a full day's work, they still hadn't finished the job, but weren't able to communicate with my wife, so we had to call Ana Lupu, the co-owner, to intervene. They showed up again the following day, and took over 4 hours to finish the job. I use the word "finish" loosely, because they left the risers (vertical part of the stairs between each step) filthy, which can be seen in the attached photo. Despite the inconvenience, and inability to communicate with the customer, Floormaxx did not offer us any tangible form of compensation whatsoever. We were charged full price, and asked to write a review; hence this post. I would definitely NOT recommend Floormaxx, based on this experience.

Floor Maxx just installed flooring in two bedrooms and a hallway, and I am so pleased with both the look and the work. This is a highly professional company - from the solid advice Ana provided about the types of flooring appropriate to my situation, through Greg's highly detailed quote and clear explanations about the process and all that the company would provide, to the hard-working team of installers. I received enough information to feel both comfortable about the process and in control.The installation process was seamless. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently and even managed to follow all the rules that condos tend to impose. Ana was also great about communicating with the Condo Board and keeping all of us informed about timelines, etc,The work was completed on time and the quality of the work was outstanding. After a final clean up, the installation team left me with a beautiful, refreshed look.Thanks to everyone at Floor Maxx for a job well done. I had my floors refinished with Floormaxx and they took some pretty questionable hardwood and turned it into a beautiful floor that looks brand new. I HIGHLY recommend them. If you’re looking for a flooring company to do your next job, don’t look any further. Seriously.

Greg and Ana’s team removed tile and subfloor in my hallway and installed hardwood to match the adjoining hardwood in my living room and kitchen which they sanded and refinished. This is the second home they’ve udone for me, and it is another superb job. This is the ONLY contractor I have ever used in 30 years who has shown up exactly when they’ve said they would, and performed above and beyond what I’ve learned to expect. I’ve either built or renovated five different homes. All of those homes needed hardwood either installed, repaired or refinished (some multiple times). No one has done as good a job, and at such a fair price and with such integrity.Service: Install flooring

We have used FloorMaxx to refinish our hardwood floors in our rental building. They did a great job. We had one small issue and they came and corrected as soon as it was brought up.

Greg and Ana did a great job keeping me informed and up-to-date about the work: what to expect, how to coordinate with them, and how long everything would take. The service provided was exactly as they promised, and they finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!

FloorMaxx came, on time for their appointment, gave me a fair estimate, and then showed up on time for the job. They did a great job repairing and refinishing our floor, explained everything they were doing as they worked, and then were able to accommodate some last minute changes. I would highly recommend them and am keeping their number handy to do more work in our building.Service: Install flooring

Ana, Greg and their team are professional, efficient and provide high quality service to install beautiful flooring. In addition, Ana is extremely helpful in offering professional advice in regards to what type of flooring I can install to have best, lasting value for me based on my home environment considerations (e.g. installation over concrete, moisture control, flooring material etc.). The communication with Ana is excellent, her team pays attention to details and is flexible to provide adjustment to the service needed. Their price is also very good. I would recommend Floormaxx to anyone who needs floor work done.

I used FloorMaxx upon a recommendation from a friend. Greg was incredibly helpful walking me through all the potential options to address my needs and the benefits of each approach.
