You have to be sooooo bad to get me to stop what I'm doing to post a review. So here's the first one I've ever posted. I am an experienced wine collector who has purchased TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS from this company over the past ten years. I am a customer who typically buys about 80-100 cases of wine annually that I serve at corporate events, large home parties and either consume or age in my 3000 bottle wine cellar. I attempted to place an order through their website, but the site is substandard and clearly very old and utilizes out of date technology. Fine. So I call the place and a woman named "Susie" answered the phone and her response to me asking for assistance to purchase a large, multi case order of thousands of dollars was to berate me for not using their website. She is truly the biggest a hole I've ever encountered in 35 years of wine buying. Typically you get the opposite. She was so combative that I started worrying that she was emotionally unstable, perhaps in need of medication, and that my order was going to not get placed properly. When I asked to speak to the owner, she got verbally abusive and I ended up hanging up and sending an email through the website to a Peter Mesrobian. His answer to her treatment of me and my subsequent complaint was to tell me to buy my wine elsewhere in the future. Don't do business with these people. There are great sellers of wine out there, like Sokolin Wines in NYC and Total Wine out of VA and really a zillion great purveyors. I own several businesses and if I had ever received a complaint like that from an established premium customer, I would be MORTIFIED. I'm writing this review because I believe in Free market Capitalism and Peter doesn't deserve to get your business. Imagine if you actually had a REAL PROBLEM with an order. All I was trying to do was give them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to process a simple order and they treated me like crap. Worst I've ever been treated in my life. Don't do business with a company who treats their customers this badly. A ten year long customer. There are many well run businesses that will treat you with the basic level of human respect, if not down right friendly.

My family has been buying wine from Flickinger Wines for almost a decade now. Service is impeccable and we are always given quality wines for fair and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

My buddies and I came here because we were attracted by the beautiful view outside and the overall style of the business. The house was clean when we arrived, and the staff was really amusing. When the server took our order, he was both informed and kind. The champagne and beers were delicious. It was well worth it.

It was a fantastic pleasure to be at the wine shop! Paul was really kind, engaging, personable, and knowledgeable about wines. He took the time to share his passion for wine and stories. We tried numerous wonderful wines that he kindly provided for us. It was an incredible experience!

I went to this wine shop yesterday morning. The waitress was well-informed about the cuisine and wine options. I was relieved to learn that he'd brought at least one of the best red wines from the other country. It went well with my lunch, and the seafood feast was also wonderful. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know!

My buddies and I wanted to go to this shop last night, and we had a great time. The champagne and wines were excellent and really good. Furthermore, the waiters/waitresses were very welcome, pleasant, and patient. To be honest, we had a terrific time hanging out in your establishment. It was clean, there were no crowds, and it was cool. Until the next time!

A must-visit is this wine store! I mean, this place is very nice if you want to relax and grab some drinks. The wines they had were so delicious, and the scent was perfect. There's a great and cozy atmosphere in this area. Staves were also very welcoming and friendly. I'm definitely going to visit this location again.

The host was very welcoming and knows his wines. He made a great recommendation. Nice atmosphere. Not too pricey. They have a good selection of wines. I was not a wine lover before but when I tasted one of their wine flavors which is the Chardonnay, it has a good taste. Love it! Sweet (residual sugar) and sour (acidity) are obviously important components of wine. Have one yours!

Great selection of wine and beer. The owners are super friendly and extremely helpful. The shop has a fun neighborhood feel to it. Everyone who visits is treated like a long time friend and often treated to a wine tasting! This spot is a true neighborhood gem and assets to Flickinger Fine Wines.

I bought a case of wine that was bad. After giving me the runaround for a year they ultimately just went radio silent and didn’t stand behind their product. May be fine for current releases but avoid for higher end or older vintages.

Nasty and rude customer service. With absolutely no provocation or reason, as soon as they answered the call. Do not reward or encourage this behavior—shop elsewhere.
