Within minutes of entering store, I was evaluated and my feet were scanned and after a few questions, tried on some shoes that were suggested, no pressure, I did come to look at buying some shoes. Looked at a variety of options and I left with a good pair of shoes reasonably priced especially with the exceptional service

Great experience at Fleet Feet! We had set up an appointment, so things were very easy when we got to the store. We were walked through the scan process and given advice on what would make sense for our feet. Got some great new shoes!

Armando was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable, clear, and he made the whole process fun! Prices were what you'd pay anywhere online but with the additional benefit of their awesome consultation and scans.
Spend 30 minutes here, not ordering from Amazon.

I got a scan done and was not impressed. The older woman who helped me didn’t even go over my results. Instead she gave unsolicited advice on my marathon training and had quite a lot of opinions on where I was in my training. This will be my first marathon and I was already anxious about it so it felt incredibly discouraging for a stranger to make comments and faces at being a little behind on training. The woman asked if I got a feet scan done before and I told her it was my first time and when she asked why I didn’t get it done before getting my shoes, she rolled her eyes at my response (my shoes fit perfectly by the way - there is enough room in them). She was very judgmental at the fact that I’ve never heard of the 20 miler race. I’m not a runner and am running the marathon to honor my brother who passed away almost two years ago. Of course she didn’t know that but she also never asked questions. Don’t provide your opinion and “advice” if it wasn’t asked for.

We had a great experience buying running shoes. Both Evin and Sydney skillfully helped us try many shoes and answer our questions about the shoes and Garmin watches. I will come back if I need another pair of shoes.
