Can’t remember the name of the woman that helped me during my appointment, but she was great!! She asked me plenty of questions to gauge what I was looking for. I’m new into running so the free shoe fitting appointment was key to leading me in the right direction. Highly recommend coming here as a beginner, especially with their large shoe collection as well as other running accessories.

Whenever I cheap out on gym shoes, I end up coming to Fleet Feet to get a proper pair. This location (South Loop) is fantastic for me. I came here previously to purchase shoes and did the shoe fitting then. This time I came in with little time and wanted a new pair of walking shoes. I had a selection of shoes waiting for me (I called in advance). I tried on a pair, had my questions answered and made a purchase in a time frame that worked for me. The shoes are great!

I went to this store looking for a good pair of running shoes. I was helped by a very kind and expert guy on the subject. I scanned my feet and recommended a good pair with insoles to improve my stride and the best thing is the only one who is bilingual. Thank you very much. MARVIN.

The staff was knowledgeable. It was quick to be fitted. The comfort of the shoe is amazing. The look of the shoe I select was nice looking. While walking, the pain in my back started to alleviate. Check it out.

My fiancé and I had a great experience getting fitted for new running shoes at Fleet Feet South Loop. We both have been dealing with foot pain while running and the scans were very enlightening as to the type of shoes that are right for our feet. We will definitely return for additional shoe recommendations.
